Here’s a clear, polished Google review based on what you shared, keeping an honest but fair tone: ⭐️⭐️ I usually make an effort not to be a difficult guest, but unfortunately I don’t see myself staying here again unless renovations are completed. The hotel is in need of updates — the carpets should be replaced, the room had an unpleasant smell, and the bathtub and paint were peeling. I was also surprised that the airport shuttle stops at 10 p.m. Most hotels I’ve stayed at offer shuttle service until 1 or 2 a.m., which made this inconvenient. Additionally, the mini fridge had a heavy ice buildup, which suggests a lack of attention to detail. That said, I will give credit where it’s due: the staff was very helpful and pleasant, and they did their best to assist during my stay. With proper renovations and better maintenance, this hotel could be much improved.

Stay was good easy check in, breakfast was nice. Room is a little outdated could use some fixing, paint and upgrading. Carpet could use a good cleaning too. Bed was comfortable and linen was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Location was decent close to airport but can hear traffic throughout the night.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Our first visit to Houston and the hotel, it was a 10 out of 10. The front reception desk (Yuti) was truly amazing from helping us with the airport pickup to check-in at the hotel, a true asset to your business. Now to Amos, he is absolutely incredible, a true ambassador to your hotel. Amos made us feel very welcome with his friendly nature and sense of humor. We thoroughly enjoyed his musical Playlist on our trip to the hotel. I can't say enough about Amos, a true kind person who made us feel very welcome to Houston and to your hotel. This will be "our" must stay at hotel when visiting because of employees like Yuti and Amos ... Thank-you for the great experience and see you next time.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lots if free parking. Lobby and hallways very clean. Room was very clean. The only thing I see of being an issue is that the bathroom was a little dated! But if you are just here for the night, its not an issue. This place was very economical. And I got Free Breakfast!

Wins the award of the only hotel I’ve immediately walked out of. Disgusting, not clean. Everything is run down. The carpets and furniture are stained with smells of alcohol and smoke. The bathroom in the lobby smells of urine and has trash overflowing. Parking is a nightmare, forget about finding a spot. They ignore phone calls and messages about getting a refund & then charge you for the stay regardless of leaving the property. Truly the only redeeming factor was the man at the front desk who was genuinely a great man, felt bad for him. Hope he finds better than this atrocity of a hotel.
