TRASH. only spot that was “decent” looking was lobby at check in. from the minute we arrived they didn’t have the room we booked available. had to put us down to a 1 bed when we needed 2, we had us & our 3 children. there was dusty, dirty marks all over the walls & carpets. in the hallways & rooms. there were roaches consistently. didn’t even feel safe using the microwave or fridge. there was a musky smell all through the halls & rooms & almost as if it got worse the higher the floor you went. continental breakfast was low selection, no protein, & looked gross to eat. we were booked there for a month due to work travel for my husband, but 6 days in the location got FORCLOSED on & we had to leave. WILL NEVER BE GOING TO ANOTHER WYNDAM THANKS TO THIS LOCATIONS EXPERIENCE. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER & that includes surpassing a motel 6 for that matter. SO DISGUSTING!

The rooms were elegant and clean. It was very quiet which was nice for a light sleeper as myself. I would give 5 stars, but I can't due the the unfriendly and rude staff. The front desk was unfriendly and didn't smile once, but the worst was our breakfast experience. We paid extra for the hot breakfast and when we walk into the room we were asked for our breakfast card. We had not been given anything but a key at check in. With my plate in hand I was told to wait while they said to stop (in front of everyone) while they asked our room number and checked with the front desk. This took about 5 min. The chef was AMAZING! He told us to go ahead and we'd figure it out after. He took his job seriously asking if everyone was ok and enjoying their meal. We were never even given an apology by any staff member when they figured out their mistake. I do love the hotel, but after being embarrassed I won't be going back.

The lack of vehicles in the parking lot should've been a red flag in the beginning. Cheap? Yes, service is simple and str8 forward, however I HIGHLY advise you to go beyond the lobby before u make any final decisions, hallways are dirty, roaches were practically everywhere u could look, 1 elevator is out of service n the other just looks like it's about to be out of service, I couldn't even make it 2 steps within my room without finding roaches on the wall, desk area and couch.

This is awesome place to stay, for a reasonable price. There is a Continental Breakfast offered each morning The staff is attentive to the needs of customers and prompt to resolve any situation. It's located near a shopping mall and almost any eatery imaginable for any cuisine! Uber is prompt, if you don't want to drive. Certainly checks all my boxes!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and there will not be another stay here. The first room I was given was dirty, smelled bad, and had mold on the curtains. On top of that, there were roaches — not just in the room, but even running across the floor in the lobby. The second room I was moved to was only slightly less dirty, but still unacceptable. I’ve never stayed anywhere with this many roaches, and it was absolutely disgusting. The water never got hot during my stay. Even after following staff instructions to “just let the water run,” the best it ever got was lukewarm. Taking a shower was a miserable experience. To make matters worse, I had to get my key card reprogrammed every single day. Sometimes the card worked but the door itself wouldn’t open. When I told staff, one actually said, “sometimes the door just doesn’t wanna open, you just have to keep trying.” That kind of response shows how poorly this hotel is managed. The environment itself also felt unsafe and unprofessional, with guests walking around with no shirts or shoes. Overall, the rooms were filthy, the service was unhelpful, and the property was crawling with roaches. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. This place should not even be operating in its current condition.
