Very disappointing stay. I booked a room that was specifically represented as including a soak tub, and when I arrived, the room did not have one. The front desk said they could not help and told me to call Amex Concierge because the booking was third party. Amex later confirmed I was supposed to have the soak tub, so the issue was real, not a misunderstanding. To make matters worse, the hotel’s response was to offer only 2,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, which felt like a slap in the face. Parking was also $30 per day, and the arrival experience was not welcoming at all. I was not greeted, while other guests were. For a Westin, I expected much better service, accuracy, and accountability.

Im an Event Planner....Venue walk through with Teri was AMAZING! Thorough, did not feel rushed. She showed us so many options and was so willing to work with us. She gave great ideas we didn't even think of and gave us a beautiful gift! My client decided on this hotel based on our visit! TERI IS AWESOME!!!

gotta start by saying Happiness working at the front desk is incredible and super helpful! That being said, a hotel should be able to pick up a phone call. I spent 45 minutes just trying to confirm a room i booked for a client was paid for. Absolutely zero help, they simply bounced the call back and forth between folks working in reservations and now I have to go into this blind because the front desk (day shift) couldn't pick up the phone. Thanks for nothing!

I recently paid a visit to the Starbucks upstairs. I was greeted and treated so well. Ms. Porter and staff were amazing. I had a great conversation that really made my day. My drink was so good too which was a plus!

I stayed at the Westin in 2024 but this review is not about that visit (it was a very nice visit!). This review is actually about the service I received in Jan 2026. Due to an issue with a third party event that was supposed to be held at this hotel, I was no longer on planning on making the trip to Houston. I called the hotel's front desk and they were able to take care of my reservation quickly. Jennifer and Alex were very professional and empathetic. Based on their service and on my previous trip, I do recommend this hotel quite highly.
