I just moved in 4 months ago and I’m honestly regretting this decision. Every since we moved in we had problem with the pipes in the kitchen. There is water coming out of the pipe in the kitchen sink and we don’t know where it’s coming from. It’s so much water that it feels of the sink and floods the apartment. Even when we spend days without using the sink it keeps happening. I have complained several times about it. The first time the maintenance guy came and said it’s because there is oil in the sink even though we don’t put oil in the sink. He used a machine and put baking soda and hot water to “resolve” the issue. The second time the manager accused me of not cleaning the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher even though we did not use the dishwasher in weeks and we always clean and scrub all dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. The other times that it happened it was during the weekend so the leasing office was not responding any calls nor messages. All these incidents have been happening almost every week at this point. And it always happens when no one is using the sink nor the dishwasher. We are very disappointed in the management in this property because in 2022, most leasing offices around Houston are open over the weekend or have a 24/7 emergency maintenance. Added to that, the parking is awful! Each condo has 2 reserved parking spots, so people abuse of it and park a 3rd car in front of their 2 other cars. There isn’t any visitor parking on the property so the visitors need to park in front of your two cars or on the street. It even happens that sometime random people park on your spot and there is no towing company in the property… imagine? Plus there is no gym nor pool on the property. I’m only giving 1star because the condo is spacious and there’s a lot of rooms plus a backyard.

Read HOA RULES before you buy!!! Expect to get frequent "Violation" citations for everything from having a potted plant, leaving trash cans out ONE DAY, having a lounge chair out while you go inside to grab a drink, using a water hose (Not allowed), etc. Trashcans MUST BE KEPT INSIDE GARAGES!!! Not for furniture, clothing, etc. only CARS! My neighbors have RATS due to trash in garage and this is a rule!! An UNSANITARY ONE!!!! Make sure to inspect pool facilities the buildings are very deteriorated and pools are not regularly cleaned. Be warned!!

Very nice condominiums. Very spacious and safe area. The maintenance guy Reuben is very professional too. They really do their best to keep their property up and presentable. Been here for 4 years and never had an issue. As long as it stays this way I'm staying.🙂

Very spacious and fancier than your average apartment. Expect the kitchen. The appliances are very old and there's no pantry. They're also very cheap and will not spend any money in any upgrades. I have a leaking refrigerator and had to buy my own washer and dryer because the ones they gave me were terrible.

I currently live here, and honestly the biggest complaint I have is the most dangerous one. There is no emergency maintenance. I have no one to contact that my refrigerator is dieing and we might loose all of our groceries. Are they going to pay us back for the lost groceries? How do I know, I have NO ONE to contact period. This is insane, there are actual laws about this!
