It's Saturday September 27, 25 and it's day 3 without a working toilet. They seem to be having an issue with the maintenance guy not showing up. They are hoping he comes in on Monday which will make it day 5 without a toilet. As a former Hotel manager in Reno Nevada for 12years I find this extremely unacceptable. How does this maintenance guy still have a job? Why are there no on call maintenance services. Even a simple handyman from Angie's list would be an acceptable backup plan. But since there is no back up plan the staff should be able to call a plumber. A guest going 5 days without a working toilet while you still fully charging them is so unprofessional. I have also been waiting 6 days for 2 triple A batteries for the TV remote although that doesn't seem important compared to the non working toilet. I think Eddie Mijares needs to be on site more to make sure the property is properly staffed and the staff has access to everything they need to accommodate the guest.

Front desk clerk, Lindsey is always so polite, professional, in good spirits and uplifting. I called today for a guest that is staying at this location and just hearing Miss Lindsay actually made my day a lot better, thank you Miss Lindsay for always being professional every time I call with a great attitude, and such an uplifting spirit. You’re super amazing keep up the good work your bosses need to know how valuable you are. Your kindness goes along way. Thank you

I didn't want to give a review. However when I walked in my room the bed had hair in it as if they didn't change the sheets, the floor wasn't swept and there was roaches crawling around. We went to the desk to ask for another room they was booked so we asked for a refund. The man kindly said okay and said he did his part but however since I booked with booking I needed to finish there. So I did just that time I got in the car even before I booked another room. So days later I checked with booking they keep saying that they don't see the hotel giving me a refund period. A week later same thing. I don't know what's going but however almost 200 is alot to spend a room that I didn't sleep it ...didn't spend more than 1 minute in. I am frustrated because no one seems to help me get my refund. I dont Like that I am being called a liar. If you guys establishments is not right you need to fix it instead of trying to call the customer's a liar after I left that hotel I went to a higher price hotel if it was not dirty I would have just stayed with the cheaper price booking also said you guys did not refund me anything when they was calling you guys they said you all kept hanging up in their face and wouldn't give them a name. However after I made this review that's when I got a refund 2 hours later. Maybe that's why.

Honestly I wouldn’t ever come here again. The bedsheets had stains all over them and I woke up so itchy everywhere. Anytime I got outside there is people outside smoking staring, honestly felt unsafe sometimes. And the hallways and elevator always smelled like marijuana. And the rooms are so so hot like this AC does not work I swear. Just a no for me.

I had called a few days in advance to reserve a room for a week. Then when I get there on the day of check in I was told by the front desk lady that my reservation had been cancelled?! I told her how if I never called to cancel it. She gave me an attitude. Then I asked her that I’d like to reserve another room then she told me there was no vacancy and check in wouldn’t be until 3 pm. That I would have be there in person at 3 to see if there was vacancy. Hours later I ended up getting a room. Then 2 days later I had to check out early because the job I was at finished early. I told her, the SAME lady who said my reservation was “cancelled” that I’d be checking out early and if I’d be refunded the difference. She said yes and told me the exact amount on how much I was being charged for them 2 days. After getting my last things out the room I stopped by the front desk and asked her if I was good and she said yes I checked you out and that I’d get a refund in a few days. Which I saw with my own eyes her go on the computer and say she checked me out. A week passes by and nothing. I call back and speak with the manager who then said he’ll be going off of what she says. I then call the following day and speak to her and she tells me that I never told her when I’d be checking out. That I didn’t leave my key and that I had went back into the room. $170 that I’ll never see again. Get EVERYTHING on paper at this place because obviously this lady’s “word” isn’t worth anything. And also. Set weight restrictions on the dogs allowed there. 80-100lb dogs at a Hotel barking late at night. Smh
