Avoid this place if a wyndham member im a diamond member never been to a place this bad of a wyndham and won't give your points back. It smelled very bad and was very nasty no smoke alarm above bed missing wires hanging out of ceiling stains all over the furniture and floors door in bathroom falling apart dirty towels one dirty sheet on bed. All doors are locked have to walk over to the howard johnson hotel to check in all the lobby doors are also locked have to wait for someone to talk to.

The night clerk wasn't outgoing. Had to make a profile to get a reservation because I was advised that no rooms were available. It's all online. Times have changed and if you don't have a phone, you'll be missing out.

I visited Houston to meet a friend and picked this hotel because of the excellent reviews — and they were completely accurate. Check-in was quick, the lobby looked modern, and everything smelled freshly cleaned. The room itself was bright, spacious, and comfortable. The blackout curtains and quiet atmosphere helped me sleep longer than expected. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the City.

I chose this hotel because I needed something affordable near the airport, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The front desk clerk was efficient and polite, and the room was cool, clean, and smelled freshly sanitized. I really appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and fast check-in. It’s a great value for anyone traveling through Houston and needing a reliable place to rest before or after a flight.

Jesus, if you want to get tetanus from a rusty staircase hand rail or have the feeling that you might fall through the floor in your room then look no further! Looking for a building that couldn't pass a inspection if its life depended on it? Oh yeah that's right this place is a double trouble threat. Seriously, unless you literally have no other option than staying on the street pick anywhere else....seriously. I would honestly pick sleeping on a park bench but the closest one was already occupied and I asked him if I could swap him my room for the bench and soon as he found out where the room was he said no deal...smh even the homeless know how bad this place is.
