The rooms were ok - room looked very old/outdated, but ok enough for a short stay. It's nice to have the location near the airport. I had a frustrating experience with the cleaning staff, though. On the day of my check-out, they were banging on my door at around 9:30am. I was still sleeping and it woke me up. I assume they wanted to clean the room, but it was so early! I tried to yell "no thank you" from my bed multiple times, but I don't think they heard me, and barged into the room, which was obviously an uncomfortable experience. I had to yell again from my bed to please leave my room. I don't understand why they would do this. If someone hasn't checked out yet and it's the day of their checkout, chances are, they're still in the room/sleeping! Some people like to sleep in. It's a good thing I was not in the shower or something. Also, they stop serving breakfast too early, like at 9am or 9:30am depending on the day. That's a little too early for us non-early birds.

I stayed here for a week. Very confortable Hotel. The services was great by the staff members. The room were clean ever single day. The only little observacion is for the staff in the kitchen. Need to vary that menu. For my whole week there they only serve for breakfast those sausage patty. I am not fan of those. But in general was a nices week there.

I highly recommend this hotel Maria at the front desk is one of the best and made me feel like I was just at home. I will be staying here again in the future. Thanks for being so kind Maria 😊

AL at the front desk and Maken for guest provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to provide excellent guest experience. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast quality was good

This property has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Front desk representative Maria provided exceptional service to me and ive witnessed her professional demeanor across many patrons. Hotel has average rooms with daily good housekeeping.
