Hotel was as advertised and I enjoyed my stay there. I was there for a week long business trip and enjoyed the kitchen, where I used the fridge and microwave (they have plates and dishes but I did not use them). The room was quiet as you are further away from the highway, so noise was not an issue. The room had plenty of space which was nice and overall was much nicer that I expected, as some hotels with kitchens are partly rundown and not very nice. The staff was very nice and treated me like a guest, not a customer, especially being a Gold member. Personally did not use the pool, but the free breakfast was a nice perk no matter your status with Marriott.

Some of the staff was nice, others not so much. The breakfast is the same every single day. They didn't clean our rooms every day and at the end of the stay, they just stopped caring about everything. There weren't clean towels even if we asked them for some. The stay overall was okay. I was very disappointed in the fact that I have Platinum status, they had available rooms, and when I asked for an upgrade, they chose not to do so and were rude about it. I started out this review with rating it 3 stars, but as I remembered more about the stay and as I listed the faults, I thought it inappropriate to give it more than one.

I rented the room online, a studio for me and two kids. The room was nice and cool, bed comfortable, the couch let out for additional sleeping room, very nice and clean, no smell. We needed additional pillows, the front office provided more. The full breakfast was great, the kitchenette comes full of dishes, pots and pans; shower hot. The pool is a little small, but I'd trade a big pool for other amenities available any day. I will definitely stay here again! Money well spent!

Great price and good free breakfast but I did find medicine from a previous visitor on the floor between the nightstand and bed, which I had to let the hotel know. I also had to let them know about one of the suites' smoke alarms that was hanging from the ceiling by its wires. The suite smelled like there was no ventilation for a long time. That's why I gave them four stars because they need to pay attention to details in the room before giving it to the next visitor.

Property was not what I was expecting from a Marriott branded property. Very disappointing. Nasty. Dirty. "Non smoking" room smelled of smoke, and had cigarette burns in the sofa. Everything was stained. Light sockets were missing. Even the hand sanitizer touch free dispenser was disgusting. Although we didn't approve of the property, the two staff members I encountered were very nice, too nice for this property.
