I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a month, and it has truly felt like a home away from home. The cozy atmosphere and cost-effective pricing make it an excellent choice for both short and long-term stays. The staff deserve a special mention—they are simply outstanding! From day one, they have been polite, kind, and incredibly attentive. Manson went out of his way to help me solve a few issues I had during my stay, and I’m so grateful for his quick and effective assistance. Karen, always with a big smile, made every interaction warm and friendly. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests. One of the things that stood out to me was the level of security. I witnessed the staff turn away strangers trying to enter the hotel more than once, which gave me great peace of mind. The staff recognize almost every guest by face, and it adds a personal touch to the whole experience. Overall, if you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, excellent service, and security, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my favorite hotel in Houston! The staff is so caring and welcoming. The front desk always has fresh coffee somehow and it’s good coffee! The staff is very considerate and helpful. I have brought two elderly family members here who are physically disabled and they are always treated with kindness and dignity. The hotel decor is a little dated however it is clean and well maintained. Personally I think it adds some charm and keeps the place from feeling stuffy. I have stayed in ADA mobility room every time I travel with my family because they use mobility devices. The rooms are spacious and safe. The microwave is nice and low for wheelchair access. I appreciate that the bars around the toilet and the tub are secure and within reach. Housekeeping always leaves the bed looking nice and the bathroom clean.

I am no hotel connoisseur. However I am amazed at the hospitality of this place. Staff: 5/5. Very courteous, very nice, manager is a talkative person that will keep you from being bored and you like talking to people. So are the other staff. Breakfast is...well, first of all it is free and they seem to rotate the offerings. Place has many amenities such laundry, gym, hot tub, smoking place which I may add is very nicely maintained and cleaned. Some resident are the issue however as I witnessed some just throwing the cigarette button on the ground even if they have 2 very visible receptacles for them. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I need almost every day. Kitchenette came with dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, fridge is cooling, dishwasher and detergent for it as well as hand wash detergent. For the price this is a gem in the area. I may be missing some other aspects of it but if I were to come back in the area again this would definitely be where. Side note: Our group recommended this hotel to the company management and future business travellers for the company may stay here after trying 2 others before our stay here.

Been staying here for about a week. The staff is very lovely which is making the stay vulnerable. I love how hot the water runs in the shower and how cold the ac gets. Breakfast items are alright it's free so no complaints. I just feel like the rooms need better up keeping. My room curtains smell of mildew and it's been getting to me.

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Staff during the day is very nice and does everything they can to put out all the “fires” taking place all over the hotel. The elevator breaks every other day and takes days to get fixed. The breakfast is terrible and closes early almost everyday. The rooms only get half cleaned every other day I’ve stayed in America’s best value inns with cleaner rooms. My first night a two inch long cockroach made an appearance while I was using the bathroom. Plus my hotel room lock didn’t work the. My key didn’t work then they had to change my whole lock assembly. I just can’t believe my company paid that much for such terrible quality service and such an old rundown hotel
