Do not go to this motel. Rooms aren't very clean. Smoke detector beeps all the time. Stains on sheets and blankets. While we were gone for most of the day, they went into our room. All of our personal belongings were in the room, while we were away. Not cool.

To start the drugged up lady at the front desk was asleep when I was dropped off at this hotel by an Uber, mind you I called beforehand to double check there was an availabile room and verify the price as i was coming from the airport. She said there was a room and told me the price. I get there we had to knock on the window for 5 mins knocking before she woke up, she took my id and debit card looked at it asked if we got dropped off in an Uber (which idk why that matters) then said she cant sell me a room. The first time I asked why she said no rooms when I already called and verified 30 mins before and the parking lot was empty, asked again she just shook her head so we had to spend more money to go to another room. Lost business for no reason at all. I do not recommend wasting your time here, even calling beforehand doesn't work here either so don't bother AT ALL until they replace the woman working the front desk. This was on 4/13/24 around 6:30pm. Management, she makes your business look bad and she's costing you good customers who were looking to stay a whole month while in town. Worse customer service ever and you can tell she was on something. Who sleeps through customers knocking on the glass for that long or just asleep on the job period! I NEVER write reviews but this one made me extremely mad. She needs to be fired.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a handicap room downstairs. Once I paid for the room Mr. Patel says he doesn't have handicap. He said he only had upstairs. When I asked for a refund Mr. Patel said he couldn't give me a refund. When I asked for the manager or owner he got rude and said come back tomorrow then I could het my refund. After I decided to stay because I wasn't coming back " he magically finds a downstairs handicap room". Such a inconvenience NEVER AGAIN

The man in the office was extremely rude. I called to ask about prices. I first asked if there was a weekly rate, and he just yelled "no weekly". I was going to ask per night then, but before i could he hung up on me. I Called back, but then no answer. JUST RUDE!!!

Stay away from this one,unless your looking for a one hour visit. Front desk attendant,spoke very little english,short tempered,and almost virtually unable to understand. Let's not forget the room smelt,mold galore on ceiling in bathroom,as well as around bathtub. Toilet was loose from floor. I was afraid to sit on it, for fear it might tip over. WiFi, very crappy connection. TV remote, didn't work, and you tried to turn volume down on tv,it turned it off. Go figure.. We only stayed there ,because we were on a tight budget,and had to be in town for a medical appointment. Would we stay there again , not even if I were paid mega-bucks,uh,NO !
