I loved my stay here so much! Facilities were clean and up to date. Location is great. Of course you have the proximity to the mall. Parking is free which seems to be unique for the area. Lots of people even at night and especially on the weekend but it keeps things lively and does not interrupt the experience at all. 15-20 minutes from everything I needed!

We stayed at this hotel for a night and it was seriously amazing. It's right above The Galleria Mall, so super convenient for shopping and eating. You can go straight into the mall from the hotel, and they even give you lavender oil to help you sleep. The rooms are big and the bed is really comfy.

Beautiful Old Style Luxury Hotel I the Heart of the Galleria district of Houston. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly & efficient. Underground parking is complimentary, with a surface express paid lot as well as Valet at the entrance. The back side of the hotel connects to the world famous Houston Galleria with every kind of shop, store, you can imagine. Enjoy and Bon Appetit! 😋 😋 😋

The best thing about the hotel is location. Right in downtown Houston and it opens into the Galleria mall. Lots of places to eat around and walk around. The hotels are not new and could use cleaning and renovation. But rooms are super spacious. Microwave and iron in the room. The small refrigerator barely cools and they could have more variety of flavored tea in the rooms. The Fitness center is pretty decent Everytime we visit Houston, we’ll be staying here

2 king room is huge!!! And access to the mall is awesome! The gym was great! Only negative was I ordered a Hyperice rental box for $5/day which is a great value and nothing in it was charged so I basically paid to charge all the equipment overnight … it seems like they should charge (and clean) the equipment before renting it out. The $15 credit at white oak was a nice bonus as well!
