The people I interacted with were very kind, polite, respectful, courteous. Leadership should be very proud of its employees. My issue is in regard to the parking situation. Absolutely nowhere on the website nor reservation confirmation email is actual parking information beyond price listed (and the listings of that did not provide full clarity on what to expect either). I spent 10 minutes circling the area trying to locate the parking structure. I found the front of the hotel with ease, but wanted to self-park over valet (if the pricing around parking would have been clearer, I would have opted for valet). I did see a sign for public parking, but there was no signage or indication that it would be in connection to the hotel. I called the hotel and was polite informed to "Put MOD Pizza in my GPS and take a right as soon as I passed it." The kiosk was also another matter of frustration as the options to select were "Reservation" or "Food Delivery/Visitor". As I had a reservation, I selected that option, and a code was required and I checked my emails and app and could not find the requested information. After a few minutes of searching on my phone and multiple cars queueing behind me, I had to call for support and was told even though I have a reservation, to not use that option, but visitor and they were able to walk me through getting a ticket. My husband and I were planning to drop our bags and leave the property in our vehicle for Valentine's dinner, but then learned if we left and came back we would have to pay additional funds for the second visit. BUT if we would have used the valet service, we would be able to come and go as we pleased for the one nightly fee. That information would have been EXTREMELY useful on the email confirmation or website. This was my very first time staying at a Westin/Marriott property and had no idea what to expect. We ended up changing all plans and going to an establishment within walking distance to not exacerbate the headache forming. The room was lovely. The bed very comfortable. My husband adored the shower, I think he took two in our small duration there. However, I am surprised for a hotel of this caliber to have provided single-ply toilet paper for its guests...

Valet employees were friendly and helpful. The elevators are cool because you press which floor you want on the outside, not just an up or down button. And they are so fast! The price for our two Chihuahuas to stay with us was $50. There is a parking lot and neighborhood one block over where you may walk them. Speaking of walking, there are plenty of eateries nearby that you can walk to. Our room on the 11th floor was quiet. I never heard nor saw any other guests. The gym was superb and amply stocked with all kinds of modern, well-maintained equipment. This gym and the one at the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas are the best I have ever seen for a hotel.

Had to switch room 3 times to get one with a working bath tub. The final room I ended up in met the expectations I have for a 4 star hotel. The staff here is phenomenal and saved my stay. The young man at the lobby desk around 9:30-10:30 pm on 12/02 was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking is $52 and I wasn’t made aware until after I booked the room. I will stay at an Airbnb with reserved parking next time as this feels highly predatory for those staying due to medical issues such as myself. However, the valet are paid a livable wage which made the cost more palatable.

My husband and I ended up spending 4 nights at the Westin because of my husband’s medical issues. Uncertain of the length of our stay, Joy kept an eye out for us in assuring we’d get to stay in our original room regardless of the amount of days. From the reception staff, the valets to the restaurant staff, we received optimal service. The valet staff were very attentive, especially Gerrick & others. Each time we would utilize the hotel shuttle to transport us to the Jamail Specialty Care Center on Butler Blvd., they would inquire about updates on my husband’s condition. Upon returning from our appt. Thursday in need of another night at the hotel, William personally directed me through the process of checking out and checking back in securing our same room. I so appreciated his kindness and integrity. When I was checking out on Friday morning Xavier asked about our stay and was genuinely interested in any staff that went above and beyond. Clearly it’s a team effort that creates the whole experience. Our favorite staff in the restaurant were Mariana & Tristan. There eyes would light up when they would see us approaching.

We had a great stay at the Westin. we got two attached rooms. Overall, the rooms were in excellent condition. The car attendants were very nice and welcoming as well as the desk person. After I got home, I realized I had left my Kindle. I called to inform them and within 15 minutes Daniel in loss prevention calls me back and has found it. I really appreciate that. In addition, he had it well packed and in the mail and I just received it. That’s a good service.
