We stayed for a girls getaway. Our rooms were clean and we did not encounter any issues during our stay. We checked-in and conducted some retail therapy and had cocktails! We later enjoyed dinner and the night life! The only thing that I recommend is to be cautious; the area does become shall I say...rambunctious!

Poor noise control between rooms. Got woken up by hotel staff talking loudly in the hall way. Also with staff leaving the doors to slammed shut every time they go in and out with house keeping inspection. Not only you can hear the doors slammed close from every room on the floor. The closer doors you can feel the vibration as well. Great location with lovely rooms. Love the bedding. Friendly staff, too. But not the best choice if you are after some decent rest.

I came to this hotel for a professional conference and have been thoroughly impressed with its prime location, which offers easy access to major transportation links and is directly inside the mall. The hotel has modern architecture with elegant interior design, including spacious rooms with panoramic city views, and awonderful fitness center. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area for a comfortable and convenient experience.

Booked through Hotel Collection, and we are Bonvoy Gold Elite members. The TV did not work from the time we checked in, and the engineer to fix it came the next day at 315pm (to the wrong room), after we moved rooms. We moved rooms, due to the shower not closing properly, resulting in water going everywhere, including the room. Despite the TV not working, shower leaking, they did absolutely 0 to make up for these issues and us switching rooms. The room they transferred us to, was right next to the older one, but the phone button to call the front desk did not work. At checkout, a $100 credit was not applied (was corrected), and we were charged for breakfast that to be included as part of the room package (also corrected). Overall, very disappointed about how there was absolutely nothing done to make up for the multiple issues, and required room switching. Due to the lack of room upkeep, I suggest staying elsewhere - we will the next time we are in Houston.

The location is great just off the 610 highway and Galleria is next door. The room was clean with comfy beds and clean linen. The bathroom was clean and filled with extra towels. All lights fixtures and outlets were fine. Their staff is friendly and courteous. House keeping was poor to extend enough tea and condiments. It would have been great if the Lounge was open during the weekend. I would definitely stay while in Houston.
