My beautiful girlfriends and I had a lovely time enjoying tea time at the St Regis hotels. Service was impeccable. The room had cozy settings, sofas, coffee tables, a spectacular round table for the six of us. The china was dainty and we all felt special as we shared various teas offered, tasty finger sandwiches and unique tarts. They provided a talented harp musician that set the perfect ambiance. Valet service was quality and inexpensive. Overall our visit was fabulous. We look forward to another afternoon tea time together.

Had a wonderful stay at the St. Regis Houston. The rooms are beautifully updated and look absolutely spot-on—modern, clean, and very comfortable. Customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish; every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The overall experience felt luxurious without being stuffy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an upscale stay in Houston.

The hotel was built in the 80s and refreshed not lot ago. However, I don't that I was offered a refreshed room so the room was quite spacious but pretty old. Furniture is old and same decoration. Overall a pretty good visit just on the hotel itself. However, with the a hotel around 500usd per night . The hotel had only valet parking costing 60dollar a night is unacceptable. Will not return.

Here past Saturday for a reception & overnight stay. Rooms tho spacious need update, rugs seen better days but comfy beds more than made up for it. The hot water took a while to kick in next morning & we were on the 2nd floor. Reception spread was tasty...filet of beef was my fave. Good old fashioned cocktail & prosecco. Thanks to Rafael who did a great job pouring that night. Also shout out to Rey who oversaw the event & made sure all was efficient & fun.

I usually stay at the JW Marriott but it lacked availability during this trip. I did not have a St. Regis experience at this hotel. The staff was nice but the attention to detail is lacking—I never saw a manager on site. Two mornings in a row I did not have hot water (I had let them know the first morning and was assured that it was fixed—it was not). After the second morning I was moved rooms and checked the water when I got to the new room—no hot water. The engineer said that the boiler needed to be re-started. One day I had two conditioners in the room but no shampoo. In the new room (after noting the problem the one day) I had two shampoos but no conditioner. The signature champagne sabering was not advertised (big deal at every other St. Regis I have stayed), was not planned and occurred late only after I asked about it. It is in the bar but not highlighted. I ate twice at the bar and the menu has details that are not followed in the delivery—the signature Old Fashion says it is prepared in a Smoke Box—even after asking it was not prepared that way. The burger said that it had special seasoned fries—they were plain. I would have provided this survey through Marriott but I did not get asked to fill out a survey. I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it if you are looking for a true St. Regis experience.
