One of the best hospitalities I have experienced at hotels in the western side of the world. From all the people on different shifts at check in, the restaurant, the valet, to the over the phone communication. The interiors of the hotel are also one of the unique ones. The building gives rustic charms but their is chic in the decor items to amenities. It was super kind to provide an extra pack of goodies for Silver guests. Makes you feel valued as a customer. The only downside is that the television didn't work in my room. Which was a slight bummer, though it isn't a must have for me. It's a super peaceful spot, great bedding, ample lighting, and really an over all you'll-find-everything-you-need situation! ♡ Still staying at the hotel so will report back with an update and maybe a photo when I haven't upheaveled the sheets/place! Update: The experience only got better from the amazing reception hosts helping with selecting the best beverage in the house to literally being delivered a microwave to my room for warming up my late night snacks! Loved the cosy street views from the windows and the rainy streets of Houston. Absolutely recommend this place! This time,adding a photo of the lovely interiors! The olive/sage foresty green is such a vibe ♡

This is an amazing hotel. From the moment we pulled yup to the establishment until tune moment we left, the stars were so welcoming, inviting, and helpful. I took my girlfriend for her birthday and mentioned to Joy that we were there for her birthday. We wake up the next morning and there was a birthday card for my girlfriend waiting at the door. Thank you for going about and beyond to help ensure that our stay was absolutely amazing and personable.

What a cute hotel! The rooms were well appointed and the bed comfy. The shower was great pressure and hot as heck! I checked in late and smoothly, was offered extra waters, and a noon checkout. Service perfect too. No complaints! Plus it was a 5 min walk to the courthouse and easy for rideshare.

One thing i wanna point out is Todi was THE most helpful person and THE best representative of this establishment. Meeting her was the highlight of our stay. She’s always there and always working hard from day to night. I would stay here again if i knew she was going to be our server. Todi for the win.

Before I even checked in Andrew was a great help to me. He answered all my questions and was very helpful! All the staff, AM, PM and overnight front desk staff were a delight. I hope they get their kudos from this. Location was 10/10 for me. I read some reviews discussing the unhoused in the area- I had no issues. It’s a city. Be aware and you’re good. I did valet my car and had no issues with that either. My room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. I love this property and only stay here while in Houston.
