rooms are fabulous. really well decorated with all the amenities you can think of. very large as well. Great pool and spa. you can get a day pass for $40 and use the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi at the spa. walking distance to high end dining and shopping. the only thing was at check in the woman who checked me in had a really strong accent and I couldn't understand her. other than that everything was 5 stars!!

Attended a corporate event but still experienced a level of service and attention to detail that was extraordinary. From the moment I handed the keys to the valet through to when he handed them at the end of my visit I was thoroughly impressed. The Hotel lobby was immaculate for such a high traffic area and the corporate room was too. Next time I will make a stay of it and get the full experience!

Everything in this hotel is wonderful, and the service is generally of a very high standard - except for housekeeping. They are extremely loud in the corridors from 10 a.m. all day long, talking to each other very loudly, singing, and slamming doors. On top of that, I always leave tips, but even that doesn’t seem to improve their service. They don’t leave the vanity kit or water, and they’re too lazy to arrange the pillows properly. Definitely, they need more training.

I had to check out Tilman Fertitta’s Post Oak Hotel while visiting Houston, and I’ve been absolutely amazed by the service. The moment you walk in, the hospitality is on another level—they truly take care of you. My room was extremely luxurious and spotless. I stayed in the Concierge Suite on the 21st floor, and the view is incredible. The attention to detail in the room is impressive—everything from the lighting to the furniture feels thoughtfully chosen. The bed is unbelievably comfortable, and the in-room selection of high-end liquor and wine was a great touch. Breakfast was outstanding as well. I had the crab cakes and they were perfect. The concierge lounge also exceeded expectations with a great selection of food that rotates throughout the day. Huge shoutout to Kenneth at the front desk—he was professional, welcoming, and made the check-in experience smooth and enjoyable. If you’re visiting Houston, The Post Oak Hotel is absolutely worth it. A true luxury experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Clean beautiful rooms with lots of amenities. From the moment we checked in Jay front desk was great! Isaiah went above and beyond all throughout our stay and made sure we had a great time. This hotel really strives to have the best service and they definitely do provide that for guests. We will definitely be back again.
