James Bishop was amazing during my tour at 1711 Caroline Apartments. I called to ask about availability and asked about getting a guided tour. He showed me both a two bedroom and a one bedroom option and explained everything clearly without rushing me. The community itself was very clean and quiet, and I felt comfortable walking around the property. The apartments were beautiful and well maintained. This property is definitely at the top of my list and I am planning on applying soon. Thank you James for such great customer service!

Greg and his team did one heck of an amazing job, making sure that I was comfortable through my whole rental process. They were professional. They actually listen to everything that I said everything that I requested and gave me the apartment of my dreams. When I tell you, I love my apartment and I love the views and the location of the property I really do and it’s really mind blowing. I feel as if this was one of the best experiences that I’ve encountered while trying to move anywhere. I would personally like to say thank you to Greg and his team!!!!

For anyone considering leasing here, I recommend asking detailed questions about the parking enforcement process before signing. Multiple residents, including guests of residents, have experienced repeated towing incidents within very short timeframes after parking or uncommunicated violations within the garage. In some cases vehicles were registered or attempting to be registered with a minor error and residents were still charged over $300 per tow. This level of scrutiny does not align with what I would expect of a luxury downtown mid-rise. The parking system also does not allow renewal before expiration, which can leave vehicles temporarily unregistered despite attempts to comply. Please make sure you fully understand the parking rules and enforcement practices before deciding to lease.

I’ve been living here for about a year now, and I’m about to renew my lease — honestly, it’s been great. I haven’t had any problems. I rarely hear noise in my hallway — it’s always quiet and peaceful on my hall , sometimes it’s scary how quiet it be 😂😂 The parking is nice and convenient . Downtown in any state is where most homless reside but I really appreciate mr Greg for making it safe for us by getting things done — it feels safe, clean, and well-kept. The overall vibe is good. Since Mr. Greg became property manager, things really improved: elevators got fixed, the gates got fixed and haven’t broken again, the whole place smells nicer and looks cleaner, and a few extra touches made a difference (he even gave us a brand-new trash can without us asking!). Even him just smiling and say Hey makes my day because I’m a introvert lol It’s not just that the property looks better — it’s that Greg seems to actually care about both the place and the people living here. He gets things done. For me, that means a lot. I hope he stays on through my next lease term because when someone handles things well like that, you want them to stick around. If you’re looking for a nice place to live, I’d say come check it out for yourself. It’s a good experience here — I think you’ll like both the apartments and the way things are run. And if you ask me, you’ll really appreciate having a manager like Greg on your side.

I really like this place. Been living here for about 4 months now and have had no problems. The staff is exceptional - super professional and friendly (shout out Sunell). Great location, walkable neighborhood and close to public transportation. Parking is free also which is hard to find downtown in any metropolitan city. As for the apartment itself - I love the big windows, high ceilings, huge kitchen, spacious balconies and walk in closet. I find it funny that most of the negative reviews come from Airbnb guests - because THEY are the problem. Most people that actually live here, don’t have the issues they have.
