My expectations were over-succeeded. I could smell the cleanliness over the whole property as soon as I walked in the building. I could even smell the cleanliness in the bed coverings. I also liked the security set-up. I had a safe and very comfortable stay. 10 out of 10 for me. 🤩

The day shift manager is a joke. I’m patient and understanding of different cultures and manners. This dude had me irritated beyond words. Insisted that I pay the pet fee while I had my hands full. When I wasn’t moving fast enough for him, he came up to my room and knocked telling me “hurry up and pay”. He would not let my DoorDash driver come into the lobby and wouldn’t call my room to let me know. When I checked in, he buzzed a DD driver into the lobby and let him finish his delivery. I felt so bad for my driver that I ended up tipping her more. Told me that the soda machines ($2) were working and then when I tried to get a drink it ate my money. He said he’d relay the information on to the manager for me. Well, I checked with the night shift manager and he was quickly able to get me a drink from the soda machine with no issue. Night shift dude is way more professional and customer service oriented than the day guy. Rooms were ok. I had some loose tiles in the bathroom and the AC filter was filthy. Housekeeping was amazing and super helpful. Very sweet and I hope the daily pet fee goes straight to her!

They charged me a $35.00 fee because we had a cat. We had the litter box and the cat slept with my grandson the few hours we were there, so it didn't do any damage. I have not gotten my money back on my credit card yet. He said as soon as they want in and cleaned it would be put back.

Management does not care about rooms or hotel condition. Come to find out most mattresses are covered in mold but when brought to management's attention, "bed cover is enough." Also went to clean the a/c air filters and found moldy water at the bottom because it looks like none of them are drained properly . I'd recommend anyone concerned about their health to consider another hotel. I won't stay here again after my job in this area is complete. Regretting I booked this place but is my last time. There is no continental breakfast like at other locations even though there are tables and chairs up front with a coffee machine. Covid's been over but blank stares at front desk when inquiring for anything. Ice machine was out of order last time I was here and still is months later. Someone said it's been that way for weeks. When I asked upfront if any was on site, again I was met with blank stares as if I'm asking for 2-star rated hotel amenities. There's no pool and the dog area is a small patch of grass with a dog basket and bags but is not in an enclosed area. No room for the pets to run - have seen owners let their dogs piss on the walls in the hallways. Again, management is aware but does not care (cameras in the halls and can see them working upfront). At one time, this was a great hidden spot just in a horrible area but has since been let run down because it all seems like management stopped caring about the property. Hardly even deserving a hotel 1-star rating now. Definitely not a kid-friendly place/area. If you do book here make sure to get discounted prices, don't let them fool you into paying more than this area's worth - even less, highly encouraged to thoroughly check room before staying - management obviously doesn't. This is not a quiet area, traffic all throughout the night with bustling upstairs all throughout the night as well. Have been here almost a week and have heard fights going on upstairs almost every other night. Again, never booking here again. I will say the cleaning ladies have always been courteous and nice whenever I asked for help or extra linens or anything for cleaning (especially the hallways). They've been great and not sure why because I can only imagine what they have to put up with now. Guess 'cause they get to leave at the end of the day. **UPDATE TO RESPONSE** My expectations were nothing short of standard health practices and sincerely hope you do look into these matters. I'm appaulled to realize just how much the front desk staff really don't care for its visitors. This is my final night here. I ended up purchasing a cheap blow up mattress and slept on the floor, still better than the one provided. I will never book this location again. I wish i could give better advice for reviewers to know ahead of time on how to check a place because conditions and staff aren't something really reflected when booking. Studio 6 wAs a trusted option. Buyer beware

This studio 6 was actually surprisingly amazing! The owner of the property is very attentive to any of your needs and is in no way rude or "smart" towards any issue you may encounter. They have room service and very nice rooms. You will definitely feel like it's your home away from home! 5 stars all the way
