Pat and sergio were very hospitible...we stayed just one night but my gf and I can see this place would be great for receptions/parties. Leave the little kiddies home though...lots of delicate antiques adorn the common spaces. Basic cable tv with dvd was nice. Private bath was adequate. Would stay again!
