I looked for an economical hotel to stay at while attending college and living off-campus. The staff is attentive and accommodating, providing assistance at all hours of the day and night. They promptly address any maintenance requests and provide me with coffee each morning.The refreshments available at the front desk are reasonably priced, and security is a top priority, which guarantees the safety of my parked vehicle during my visit here.

I'm a truck driver I travel a lot Houston just experienced a hurricane the city was under a pandemic so it's understandable that you won't have some things at a hotel. The guy at the front desk was very helpful made sure I liked my room before I checked in to it also the maintenance man did everything he could do to make sure that I was content with my room and my air conditioner worked. I just spent two nights here so far I have not had any bugs in my room or on my bed 🤷 so those old reviews don't believe them lol I was happy with my stay and I will book again :)

The ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Even the owner greeted us. The room does smell like smoke but other then that it is very clean and nice.

My family and I stayed at this hotel back in August 2019. As we entered the lobby we immediately noticed a musky odor. The front desk staff was somewhat friendly but the elevator was rather dirty with patches of not sure what covered the elevator wall. The room was decent, the bed was comfy enough, but the bathroom requires more attention by the cleaning staff. And yes there were roaches. If you’re on a tight budget then this hotel would suffice

I actually had to stay at this hotel longer then I intended too but for the most part my stay wasn't that bad. The room I was in was in good condition. Nothing fancy but definatly better than some rooms I have seen before. I did have problems with getting and maintaining room service. Its almost like just because I had to extend my stay by five days like they didn't have to service the rooms, or the only rooms I really seen get serviced were the check outs only. I asked for service today and stated that I needed the bed made and the garbage taken out and new towels. She took the garbage out and gave me new towels and through the sheets and covers on my bed, so I had to make the bed. Its not like I have a problem with it which I don't but I figure if I am paying more than 50 dollars to stay at your hotel the least you can do is keep up on the service and when you do service my room do the job at 100% satisfactory. Anyways the hotel is better than some and then there are hotels that are better than this one but the price was reasonable and I got the same rate as the first two nights that I originally booked which was nice of them to do. Other than that the only other minor issue there is was with homeless people coming up and bothering you while your outside smoking a cigarette. I saw at least five or six different homeless people a day. Kind of made me uneasy about my car that's why I always parked it as close to the lobby door as I could but other than that I had no other issues with the place or my stay with them.
