They say they price match but that's not true. I've been trying to book 5 nights and oomph be is taking forever on their site so I used trip.com and due to card issues I couldn't pay online. So when I offered to pay cash, I was told that they couldn't match it they had to charge full price. So 278.79 to 337. Im dumbfounded and have been waiting 30mins already to get into a room. Omg and it's freezing!

Stay clear of this hotel! If you want to wake up in the middle of the night with bugs crawling all over you and your clothes then you’ll love this place. If you don’t like bugs all over the floor and a sketchy vibe of the area then don’t book this hotel. I couldn’t stay there and had to leave immediately upon discovering the infestation at midnight. The hotel kept 1 day instead of just refunding all my money like they should have. They wanted to move me to another room but I would not trust any of those rooms!

We had a wonderful stay at sure stay hotel ! The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are new and updated and super clean. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again! Highly recommended

Super great price for the quality of the room. Room has everything microwave, fridge, coffee pot, iron and blow dryer. The pool is fabulous the is also a Jacuzzi on the side. They offer a breakfast with more than cereal and bread. I will definitely stay again when I visit Houston again. The only downfall is the building is 3 stories and there isn't an elevator but aside from that great price and great rooms
