Stay clear of this hotel! If you want to wake up in the middle of the night with bugs crawling all over you and your clothes then you’ll love this place. If you don’t like bugs all over the floor and a sketchy vibe of the area then don’t book this hotel. I couldn’t stay there and had to leave immediately upon discovering the infestation at midnight. The hotel kept 1 day instead of just refunding all my money like they should have. They wanted to move me to another room but I would not trust any of those rooms!

They say they price match but that's not true. I've been trying to book 5 nights and oomph be is taking forever on their site so I used trip.com and due to card issues I couldn't pay online. So when I offered to pay cash, I was told that they couldn't match it they had to charge full price. So 278.79 to 337. Im dumbfounded and have been waiting 30mins already to get into a room. Omg and it's freezing!

We had a wonderful stay at sure stay hotel ! The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms are new and updated and super clean. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again! Highly recommended

Hopefully my 5 star rating will help them. This hotel is pretty nice the rooms are remodeled and fresh. I ordered a smoke room an it didn’t even smell of nun but freshness when I walked in the room. The hotel staff are even nice and don’t rush you out at 11am. This place is my new fav hotel in Houston area, thank yall an keep up the good work. I stayed in room 309. Oh the bed was even comfy and pillows were fluffy. And a roll around chair I loved sitting in.

The hotel's location is convenient for my needs. However, the quality of our recent accommodations has been subpar. Previous stays revealed pest infestations and generally underwhelming conditions. Over the past three weeks of weekly stays, a decline in service quality is evident. Communication with room service has been poor, and overall service is minimal. The hotel's convenient location is beneficial given my work in this area. While I wouldn't categorize the hotel as terrible, I recommend prospective guests carefully assess their surroundings and inspect their rooms thoroughly. I appreciate the staff's accommodating checkout procedures, allowing ample time for departure.
