Had a very welcoming stay. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Had delightful conversations with the staff. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly, had plenty of space. The pool area is nice and relaxing. There are a few good restaurants nearby. In all I had a very pleasant experience and stay at this hotel. I would come back and stay again.

This was INSANE. Look at my photos and videos. The curtains dont close so people can see right in your room, my husbands feet were BLACK from walking barefoot for an hour right upon arrival, and there are BED BUGS!!!! BUGS ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR!!!!! I have videos of all the bugs!!!! I will be contacting corporate and getting my money back.

Horrific experience! Do not stay here! Very rude ,called the cops on us because they bold faced lied to me on the the phone about pool being opened .Wanted to cancel my room which cost me one night stay . So some advice do not stay here. Also the manager would not come talk to me about this situation after I had done drove over 200 miles to check in. I will recommend the Hamptons across the street. Very very nice people ,awesome atmosphere and the pool is opened . Sure Stay 1401 center st. Deer Park ,TX please do not waste your time on them!!!!! As far as the response to my review that is a bold faced lie. I did call asked about your breakfast and the pool and you said " the swimming pool was open and you had the free breakfast". The reason I wanted to cancel is because you lied to me . Do you lie to all of your customers? I know what I was told . But thanks to the Hamptons across the street my weekend wasn't a total loss.

I had a wonderful stay at the SureStay Hotel in Deer Park. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety and made starting the day easy. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and comfort at a reasonable price. Love to stay here every time

Stayed several days. The staff was professional, helpful and patient - from management, cleaning, kitchen and front desk. The facilities are very clean a bit run down. Breakfast was solid and consistent. They do offer cleaning days of the week which is really nice
