This hotel was absolutely disgusting, i don’t recommend at all . I’m pretty sure they are contracted with the city , therefore it’s a shelter as well but that still doesn’t excuse its dirtiness. I couldn’t even stay the night there , i found another place with hour but was still forced to pay the nightly rating as it was policy . Did the policy say one should sleep in filth . Smh

The rooms we stayed in where clean and spacious no complaints, but the service was not great at all. The key cards need to be reprogram everyday for some reason and if you have multiple they need them all ar ones so they can reprogram them if not they wont do it or give you new ones, and they check the room before you leave also. No hot brakefast, basic gym, broken ice maker and broken clothes dryer.

Breakfast: only Coffee. Fruit juice milk and sanw/butter. Very chip no cap/paper cover for temperature. No way you cant bring Coffee cup outside. Ice machine is not working. The first time I know. They did not take credit card for deposit. Cash Only

Save your money and go to a different hotel that deserves your money. A very basic room , poor quality bathroom, no coffee maker, Terrible breakfast I can’t call it a breakfast, everything is very low quality and very cheap service. They ask you for $50 deposit only cash and don’t want to give you a receipt for the cash money. I’ve been in many different hotels but this one is the lowest quality. I don’t recommend this hotel to no one.

Booked a hotel room needed to cancel but changed me 2 days worth of fees to cancel. No customer service told me calling a manager but no answer. Looked at the room where carpet was stains and room smelled like mold. Completely fraud, they should not be allowed to do that to regular people. If there was an option to give 0 star that what would it be. Please stay away from these people.
