Was going stay three nights but only stayed one the floor was very dirty you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned because it was hair on the floor and my baby socks was nasty just from walking from the bed to the bathroom it was hair all in the bed and holes in the sheets we didn’t have a blanket on the bed just sheets and housekeeping just walked in our room and didn’t knock never again will I stay here have stayed here in the past but it was not like this

The workers are kind and tried to help me to make it clear but the establishment itself was disappointing. When I arrived the front desk charged me without letting me know the king size bedroom I booked was not available so they gave me a two full size bedroom. I can let it slide but the bedroom stank terribly of cigarettes so I asked for a different room. They put me in a really nice one, basically hooked me up with a miniature apartment lol but the a/c was running very weak. I let it run for 40 minutes but the room was still hot so I had to look for a different hotel an hour before work. They gave me my refund so I'm not upset, they seem to be remodeling so hopefully it's nicer in the future. I think they should penalize people that smoke in the non-smoke rooms and work on getting rid of all the weird smells on the corridors.

Great experience here always. I have stayed many weeks here. Main brag is i think this place is safe. No riff raff. Rooms are clean and serviced daily. Good appliances, Good showers. Roger, at the front desk has made great accommodations for me. If you want safety in Houston at an affordable price point, this is the spot.

Nice experience staying here. Room was clean, large, bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower.

One bath towel per person. There was a coffee machine in the room but no coffee or cups. Lots of outside noise. Room was next to highway. Check in and out was seamless. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. You pay for what you get. Rooms were clean bed was hard.
