Stayed here one night and came back from getting food and there was a roach here. He basically acted like it was the only roach he’s ever seen there before. we asked him for a refund and he said he could only give 50% even though we found a whole BUG in our room with things we would be taking home. He was mad and spitting over the balcony because we said we were going to put the picture in the reviews.

I was up all night long. The place looks clean but the nightmare started when the lights went off. The place was infested with roaches. Roaches falling from the roof and into the bed with me. The receptionist gave me some hornet spray to spray around my bed so I could relax and sleep. It seems by other reviews they have had this problem at least a year. I want be back!!

I had a great experience at this place. I called last minute looking for a room, the front desk manager helped me over the phone and gave me a fair rate. The hotel is clean, quiet and looks recently updated. There was no carpet, no bad smells and the shower had big 3×3 ft titles around the shower. The beds were clean and comfy. The sheets could be retired but there are clean.

Upon arrival I was saddened by a couple of things, one was there is no entry to the motel front lobby. Come on people Covid is done. Open up and provide the amenities that we are accustomed to. Who wants to stay cooped up in a room? I realize that it saves the owner labor and supply costs but that’s what we expect, service and amenities. Upon entering my room the air wasn’t turned on. It took several hours to bring the temperature down from 80. The king bed was uncomfortable so I woke up with a stiff back, not to mention this is the first time I have ever had a bed with a metal frame that squeaked loudly when moving around in it. The toilet is a 2 flusher for anything that goes in it. The ongoing wrestling match with the shower curtain to keep it closed to keep the water in was frustrating. The shower drain was slow and I don’t really like standing in 4 inches of water to shower. Attached you will find a picture of the side of the bed facing the door with nasty stains on the under sheet. I realize that I had a choice but since I am staying only because my vehicle is broken down while traveling I thought I had made the better choice. On a sort of positive note, the room smelled clean. The laminate floor that covers the entire room was freshly mopped but still wet. (Turning the A/C on would eliminate this issue) the 2 other positives were , there was great water pressure and hot water, and the TV was larger than most. One more thing, just asked the front desk for a late leave out because I won’t have my truck finished and I have nowhere to go, denied. I would have to leave or pay for another day, no way!
