I believe this place is falsely advertised. NOT a hotel but a motel. I wanted to try a place that was closer to our family for our granddaughters birthday. Asked for an ADA king room since my husband has MS and is a fall risk. I made the mistake thinking that we would be accommodated. Instead placed in a king room on the second floor with no elevator just concrete steps. The room was nicely cooled, had a small refrigerator with a freezer, microwave & coffee maker. However, came across a few roaches, stains on sheets/pillow cases, countertop, couch and the TV was broken. The artwork was defaced and had mildewed curtains. Breakfast if you can call it that. consisted of a single Honey Bun and a coffee, no other choices. Talked to the manager about the TV and it wasn’t replaced. Our last night staying there our card keys didn’t work. Needless to say we will NOT be staying here again.

Honestly, my friend told me this was a good place. I’m not super uptight but this place!! Walked in and so dirty! Floor filthy, comforters stained, furniture broken, hair dryer in pieces. No plugs worked for my hairdryer. I checked out of that in minutes and the owner accused me of breaking stuff! Absolutely disgusting sheets, comforters shower floors you name it, nasty!!!!

My husband is a truck driver and this was the first time me riding along. We stopped here after going for 2 day trip and no shower. I was yearning for a good shower, as so was my husband. The front desk clerk was so nice he also moved his car so my husband’s 18 wheeler could park, taking about 10 car spots. We checked in got our room mind you I was so wanting a shower. I always inspect the rooms at any hotel, no matter if it’s a 5 star. First thing i went straight to the shower not inspecting the room, I check the shower I see hairs in the corners of the tub, then I noticed the floor not swept. So I was like let me not be be pickey. After I showered I went and checked the bed ( thank God I did) the pillow had a bed bug!!!!!! The sheet had a big yellow stain!!!! Then there was a cockroach on the night stand, then by the coffee table on the floor there was what seemed like blood and some clear fluid! I promise we are not the kind of people that like to complain, but this was disgusting!!! We immediately left, no way we were staying. We felt terrible cause we showered but there was no way we were staying. Please inspect, Always!!! I took video of the roach but can’t post.
