I truly enjoyed my stay while I was here. The rooms were big and clean which is a plus. I had fresh towels everyday which I didn't expect because I didn't put towels out. I do appreciate that the bed was apparently comfortable although the pillows are questionable but doable. Overall experience five stars across the board. In the future if the price is right I will stay here again

My family and I have stayed here multiple times (at least 6 separate times in the last 3 years) and have had mostly great experiences. We are currently staying here right now and this is the first time we've had issues. The staff is usually very friendly and accommodating, but this trip they have been almost aggressive and at times extremely rude. I woke up this morning to a cockroach in the bathroom, there are gaps missing in the "wood" floor, the ice container was so filthy the plastic bag was stuck to it and the fire alarm is literally taped on in our room and doesn't appear to be operational. I added pictures that show everything other than the cockroach because I killed it before it could run off. It is close to restaurants and Kroger, so we're able to walk instead of taking an Uber or Lyft. We're visiting friends in the Kingwood area, so we are happy with how close we are to everything.

It LOOKS clean at first glance but it’s really not. The Hotel is infested with roaches. Upstairs, downstairs, elevator everywhere. And since people want to leave their garbage outside their room it just makes things worse. My first room I saw two roaches in less than 5 minutes. I immediately got my bag, go to the front desk & tell them. I ask the manager “Do you normally have roaches ?” he stutters & tells me “not really”. He offers another room & I tell him “far away from the one I was in”. I get the room, do a thorough check & no roaches. I sleep with the lights on because the first room had me shook. In the morning I see roaches in the hallway & look at their reviews & darn near every other review talks about this problem. I didn’t have a problem with the customer service or staff, the hotel is not worn down, I didn’t feel like I was in a dangerous neighborhood, but the hotel needs to be fully bombed for roaches or sold because the problem is too much. If you stay their, sleep with towns up against the door and check everywhere because you damn sure don’t want to bring them home with you

ROACH INFESTED and BLACK MOLD ‼️ Owners are negligent to the infestation which they are aware of. Business must be doing great to have three high end vehicles outside Tesla,Rivian, Mercedes truck. But the guest have to sleep with roaches? Nobody deserves to sleep with roaches I killed over 5 in just one evening.

I'll start by saying that the girl at the front desk has a bad attitude, she's not friendly at all and she makes faces because she has to do her job... the elevator doesn't work properly, the rooms are decent, yes, but they need a bit more cleaning, it seems like they just flip the sheets over instead of changing them, the air conditioning doesn't work, the room was freezing all night and nobody offered a solution...
