There was a bed bug crawling on the door. Old mattresses stacked everywhere outside of room. Mold on ceiling. Floor was sloping down outside of shower. Water would not get hot in shower. Curtain bottoms near window looked like they had laid in water. We had a non refundable payment, so we rested a few hours and got out of there. $80.00 down the drain. Be sure to see the property before paying. We booked online.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. No type of privacy what so ever. I can hear the whole conversation of the people next door. Room service tried to come in, 10 minutes before check out & even opened the door of the room. Which I don’t even think it was room service. Pretty sure it was the nasty rude lady from the front desk. There was tape around a door the I’m pretty sure connected to the other room. The door to the bathroom was broken. Doesn’t even close right. & when you shower, the water builds up, so you are literally showering with a tub filled with water that won’t drain.

Horrible experience they just scammed me! I arrived at the Super 8 hotel and requested a reservation for just one night at a rate of $70 plus taxes. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist told me there would be an extra charge for early check-in since it was 11 a.m. and regular check-in wasn’t until 3 p.m. The total ended up being $142, which I felt was too high, so I asked for a refund. She told me the refund would cost $16, and I signed a receipt showing I had paid $142. However, before issuing the refund, she registered me in the system as if I had already checked in, even though I hadn’t entered the room yet. Then, she only refunded me $73 instead of the $126 I expected. When I questioned it, she said she couldn’t refund more because I was ‘already checked in,’ but she only registered me after I signed, without informing me beforehand. I feel this was unfair and deceptive, which is why I called the police.

The service is awful. Absolutely horrible customer service. They don't listen, we've lost power, free wifi apparently means wifi don't work. The floor feels like it's gonna cave in. The table is broken! also housekeeping hasn't showed up even when askes for new towels. When they finally showed up we said hang one second so we can unlock door, they said they can't and left. Never saw them again. Tried checking out only to be told we'd end up owing more money. I was approved for an uplift loan and the lady didn't even try to understand what I was saying or anything. I'll never Stay at super 8 again.

I enjoy staying at the super8, yes there's always some good some bad and of course there's the truth. As of the mean lady at front thank the lord she's gone. However the new management is absolutely amazing and respectful. They continue to make every need we have happen , happen! I appreciate everything they do daily. So shout out to Mr. Paul and his also respectful, honest front desk employee. They always help people, always,!! It is always quiet, no police calls hardly ever, no commotion or no arguing, no fighting tolerating. It's a great place to stop in and check out. The prices are a little pricey but no extra charges were for anything that wasn't in black and white. Overall 5 stars
