The redhead woman working in the office is the rudest person I have ever met if u book the room for more than one day they don't clean the room no toilet paper didn't have toilet paper for 4 days had to go buy our own shouldn't have to ask to clean the room shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper or anything else or towels and definitely shouldn't have to listen to that thing in the front desk you're the most rudest thing I've ever met
in the last week
Some of the rooms have kitchens, those are nicer! The regular room was just a clean basic room... Needed a little repair but decent.

Lots of maintenance issues. Housekeeping nonexistent during my 4 day stay. Unless you want coffee, no need to visit the breakfast area.

WARNING! BLACK MOLD AND BED BUGS IN EVERY ROOM. STAINS ON SHEETS AND “CIGARETTE” BURNS ON COMFORTERS. They obviously painted over the mold in the rooms. In one of them, the smell was so bad I nearly choked and had to change rooms due to the mold being so thick in the air. Immediately I started coughing, my eyes burning and my nose was running the entire time I was there. It takes a full 24 to 48 hours to get any relief of symptoms even after you leave. I went and did a skin test for mold…Sure enough - BLACK MOLD. According to the brand standards, they are supposed to have breakfast in the morning. They put out six granola bars at a time and their coffee looks more like tea. It is so watered down. They have Kellogg’sname brand cereal logos with malt-o-meal cereals They talk about rules like checking out at 10:59 AM because 11:01 AM They are pounding on your door, threatening to charge you for another full day. And that is after you pay more than $2K to stay for 30 days. But they don’t seems to have any regard for health laws. They have no respect for anyone…but they seem to have a special disdain for children. When I came out of my room to get something for my vehicle, I noticed two sheriffs deputies on the property and the lady who works the front desk. Mary was screaming at another guest who is trying to pay for Another seven days. You could hear him trying to Apologize for oversleeping and that he was going to pay for another week. She Screamed at him that she didn’t care and wanted him to leave. According to him, he had stayed for Almost a full year, and when he tried to use some free nights with points, he had accumulated she would not honor it because his license was expired. But when he offered cash she took it. She even violated his guest privacy agreement and told the sheriff deputies as a side note of malice that his license had been expired for eight years. He let her know that he had requested a late check out and Customer service must not have documented his request for late check out for 1230pm. Only an hour and a half after the 11 AM standard checkout time. She was screaming at him so much…I was so embarrassed for him and asked her if it was necessary that she was bothering the rest of the guests on property. She didn’t care at all. Then I saw his two children still in pampers and offered to help them with what I could. That lady Mary is a such an awful and horrible person. I wouldn’t give her two cents to tie my shoes for me. The whole property is obviously run By a family who loves only money. In their next life, they will come back as money plants or tree to be made into money. One of them will come back as black mold. They will be repaid over 1,000 generations for the disdain that they have for their unsuspecting guests. They will not escape their own karma…..
