There was no Breakfast. The apple & Orange juice dispenser was putting out watered down juice and he only had Crackers on the counter. For $10 more I could have stayed next door at the Holiday Inn which had a great breakfast and a hot tub.

I found a camera in my room the bald guy that works in the front with the circles around his eyes secretly watches people in their rooms. If you have children, please be very careful at this property. I do not recommend once again I found a tiny camera in my room.

Went to check in they gave me a room on the 2nd floor I explain that I have 2 little childern with me I was alone and that was alot to take to the 2nd floor I asked if I could get a room down stairs and i had apologized for the inconvenience he immediately starts being rude catching a attitude and very rudely at some point he says you can pay more for the room down stairs I simply tell him no and that I want a refund he refuses the refund is having a big attitude im like okay ill be leaving a bad review he gets upset and says okay I can charge you the deposit! I never asked to not be charged the deposit so I said okay do what you have to do but id like a refund. He calls the manager comes back says I can move you down stairs to a double queen room (but again I have 2 little kids I need a kind bed) and hes been so very rude that by that point all I wanted was my money back he said the manger said I wouldn't be getting my refund back! I lived here for months back in 2023 and had no issues I even recommended lots of people to stay there, I will never stay there again nor will I recommend it ever again! Terrible service!!

Women be ware of this location, it's not safe. I took my niece to stay here and the clerk asked me for 35 cash if I would like to check in early. I said no, however it gets worse. The smell is horrible in the lobby and each room you have to enter in from the parking lot. My niece felt uncomfortable because there were no security and she didn't trust the clerk. She never checked in and they're refusing to refund her money back. She never authorized the charge on her card nor did she sign. They also lied about breakfast, from what I could see, it was old fruit and pastry. This hotel is not for single women. Smdh

If you’re just looking for a clean room and soft bed, this is the place for you. Rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the price is affordable. Even so…I’ve stayed twice, and probably won’t make it three, because… No food or drink. Add in the cost of breakfast elsewhere, because there’s none at the motel as advertised. You get one store-bought pastry…that’s it. Oh, and bring your own tea/coffee (there was none in my room). NO ELEVATOR. If you get the second floor, you are out of luck, big time. If my elderly parents had been with me, we would have had to leave. I’m only in my 50s, but still struggled to carry my large rolling tote up the steep concrete stairs. I needed both arms, so I couldn’t even hold the railing. HUGE ADA compliance issues. Checking in/out: Online check-in doesn’t actually save any time at the front desk, so it’s just added effort. The $100 deposit Isn’t the usual “pre-authorization” – it’s an actual charge that will be refunded 3–5 business days later…IF they approve of the state of your room. Didn’t like that at all.
