I have been here for about week. When I checked in one of the managers and Michelle this sites general manager were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. My room is perfect for one person with a physical disability. The room has everything I need plus there’s no huge deposit like you would have with an apartment rental, no utilities to pay, free WiFi, cable and weekly housekeeping once you stay past one week. Monica the housekeeper was very sweet and personable as she was cleaning my room. It’s very quiet here, and I feel safe. I did add some of my own things to make the space feel more like an apartment instead of a motel room. Thank you, InTown Suites for giving me a micro-studio to call home.

I love this place so much I book here all the time! Michelle is wonderful she takes care of everything that the guest need and is very hospitable! The rooms are always clean and it does look exactly like the picture. 100/10

The day I checked in I had just flown back from a visit to Alaska, and had been up for nearly 24 hours and was wiped out. I checked in with Ms. Michelle was super nice when checking me in. Answered all my questions and laid out everything I needed to know about my stay. She made sure to let me check out the room before deciding to stay in it which I appreciate. Out of all the staff I’ve interacted with I haven’t had an issue with anyone. For the most part people stay to themselves and it’s pretty quiet, the occasion couple fighting and whatnot. Kids run around during the day and evening but around 8 everyone quiets down. I was surprised at how clean it was, and haven’t seen any roaches as of yet. The have someone from Orkan, come out and spray all the rooms which is nice. It is ran more of like an apartment than a hotel, so if you’re expecting pots and pans you’ll be disappointed. But for the price you pay it’s good quality. Happy here for now.

I've been back and forth from this location and 3000 highway 6 and by far Ms. Michelle is THE BEST. She's always so accommodating and welcoming. Her service is top tier. She calls you by name. If there is an issue she's on it immediately and I'm always satisfied with the results. I literally watched her fix my toilet herself. She's superwoman and I'm happy to know her

I love the location of the hotel and staff but there’s a few concerns about the room that I’m not too pleased about. First off, the water issue is a problem for me. It seems like it gets cut off at least twice a week without any warning. I understand the hotel may have unexpected issues that come about but at least try and warn the guests so that we can make other accommodations. Mrs. Michele(manager)is great at what she does, she is a hard worker and provides great customer service to everyone that walks through the front door! Overall, my stay has been a good one so far!
