I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, Comfortable, And thoughtful set up, Making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, Professional, And always willing to help with anything I needed, I would truly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Missed a booking because a car wreck wanted to book again for a week, asked to not be charged due to illness. Was denied no hesitation. And charged 1 day. Can’t respond to the hotel saying I should have canceled my apologies I was in an ambulance fighting for my life. Kind of didn’t have time to get on booking.com and cancel a reservation. It’s fine just saying my experience.

Stayed two night nights. Room was very dark and dirty. Bedding was stained, bed very uncomfortable. Occupants in adjoining room/rooms apparently smoking pot day and night and playing loud music. It was a most unpleasant experience.

The people at the front desk said they couldn’t help me after I needed an extra day for my children I had the money in hand and ready . They said my room was very dirty. But that was absolutely not true. They gave me a room with blood on the sheets and the walls . They have a roach infestation. The shower head is coming out of the wall. . I don’t recommend staying here if you have children

Our room was not clean. Hair in the tub and dirt, blood stains, cigarette burns, and hair in the beds. Went to tell the manager and he was kind and understanding and gave me new bedding. That’s when I found out they don’t have house keeping here at all. “They left” he said. I feel bad for them but honestly they need to do better with the rooms regardless.
