Staying here for a night was a rollercoaster. Hotel lobby looks good and clean. Check in was easy. Elevator looks like it needs repair, but that's just cosmetic. It works fine. The elevator is also the cleanest elevator I've ever smelled. Hallway to room looks a little bit better than the elevator. Entered the room with a keycard, worked fine. Room looks okay, at best. Walk a bit more into the room and the beds are clean, floors are clean, and furniture is clean. Went from looking okay to looking great. No dust on anything. No signs of roaches, at all! AC works great. Bathroom is clean, no signs of long intervals between cleaning. Sink works great, water heats quickly. Shower had a stain, talked to reception downstairs and offered to change the room. On the way up, saw a man enter with a bike and groceries from the gas station in a plastic crate on his bike. He smiled and said groceries. The manager went in the elevator with him and carried his groceries while he moved with the bike. Reception gave a room key to inspect the other room. Inspected and decided to stay in the original. I saw previous reviews saying there's roaches but haven't seen any alive. All are dead and on the first floor in corners. There are no roaches in the upper floors. I wouldn't have stayed here had I read the previous reviews about to the roaches, but after staying here, thought this place deserved a good review given my good experience here. The hotel is clean and shows signs of a long history of use. It's filled with good people that do their best to accommodate given their resources. The rooms they give are kept as well as can be.

If I could give a minus 5 I would. Never ever ever stay here. I stayed 2 hours not less and left . The walls had roaches on them the place was dirty and disgusting. The lock on the door was broken no air in the hall so it was about 100 degrees in the hall. The toilet ran and about midnight some one was in the hall slamming a door.. Run run never stay here. This is worse than a sleazy motel. I would had done better going to one of those … Nasty as can be and for Missouri City area this is very surprising… !!!!!!!!!! Drive by really fast to one of the other Hotels in the area. My skin is still crawling 😱

Do not stay at this hotel!! My partner and I stayed here over July 4th weekend as we helped some friends move. Our friends payed for our entire stay, myself and my partner didn’t pay for anything, and I still feel compelled to leave a review because our experience was horrid. First off, the booking had been made weeks in advance, and about an hour prior to us arriving, our friend who payed for the stay called to ensure our room would be ready as we got into town very late and we were very tired. When we arrived, our room was still not ready…at midnight in a hotel that was not at capacity. The staff at the desk were very weird and seemingly on drugs, but we tried to chalk it up to the late/night crew being different to the day crew. When we got to our room, the hotel key wasn’t working. So my partner went back down to the desk and they had sent us to the wrong room. Again, we just tried to chalk this up to night crew not being as organized. When we got in the room, it was freezing. Listen, Texas in July is HOT, but the room was about 50 or so degrees, which is too cold even for the hottest-running folks. We didn’t have enough towels that first night, so I went to pick up the phone to ask for them, but the phone wasn’t connected. It was also dirty, like everything else in the room and hotel. I went down to the desk to ask for towels as well as an extra blanket since the room was so cold, and they said they didn’t have access to housekeeping’s quarters, so we’d have to wait until 9am the next day to get more towels. I went back to our room and took my shower, and found multiple roaches both dead and alive in the bathroom. When my partner and I went to sleep, the sheets smelled unclean and we absolutely froze because the room was so cold. The next night we actually turned the heat on just to get it to a temperature we could sleep to. The next day, we got our extra towels thankfully, but no blanket. So while we were out and about the next day, I told my partner to call them while they still had access to the housekeeping supplies and tell them to set aside a blanket for us to pick up at the front desk when we got back that evening. When we got back, mind you we were exhausted from helping our friends move, we go to the front desk to pick up our extra blanket, and the clerk was very rude and told us we couldn’t have one. She argued with us and yelled “ONE BLANKET IS ENOUGH!” when we tried to tell her we needed one since the room is cold. The next day when we went to the desk to inquire about something else, the same clerk was there and smirked at me and said, “We have blankets now.” Absolutely unprofessional and infuriating. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The staff is seemingly on drugs, the rooms are filthy, there are roaches, the sheets don’t get washed, and apparently you can’t ask for a blanket without getting yelled at or argued with. Hotels are a business of HOSPITALITY! When a guest asks for something, the guest should get it without question as long as its within reason. I am appalled that this place is in business whatsoever. When we return to visit our friends, we will not be staying here, and we are warning everyone we know who lives in the area not to stay there or have loved ones stay there. This hotel is shameful.

You're better off if you stay at a hostel or airbnb. I booked a 2 night stay this past weekend and had non-stop issues. The room seemed like it hadn't been dusted in months, the phones didn't work, there was a dead cockroach next to the toilet, and there was no toilet paper. Tried to look past those things, but when we looked at the beds, there were 2 big yellow stains on the sheets and one of the sheets was ripped. Asked the front desk if they could replace them. The worst part of this experience was that on the second night, the cleaning staff came to "clean", but didn't make the beds (apparently you have to go to the front desk to request to have your beds made). and took the used towels without leaving any clean ones behind. Went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, but they didn't have any. The front desk lady said she would open another room and give us those, but after waiting for 30 minutes she came back and said she wasn't able to get into the rooms and there were no other options. She had a dirty towel in her hand and said "I only have this one dirty towel and one that I have in my room". Not sure if she was offering those. Well, since towels weren't available we ended up using the bed sheets to dry ourselves! Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

This “hotel” is a joke literally roaches will greet you in the lobby. The elevator is missing buttons. The doors are missing door knobs. The smell is insanely horrible. I spoke with the owner to get these issues resolved he knows exactly what’s going on told the front desk employee don’t speak with him on the phone in-front of me because he was trying to deny all that was happening and not trying to provide us with a refund. The ac was not working smelled like cigarettes and mold!! I don’t know how this hotel got the A+ state rating because it’s ridiculous!!!! I wish I could add videos to this review omg!!
