Not able to leave a review on the Sonder houston location we stayed in so I came here to say that we were at the Sonder Hampstead and just not impressed with the cleanliness at all. There were stains on the doors and food underneath the tv stand. The carpet was also very old and stained all over. The location was great and parking/check in were fine but we were just not impressed with the cleanliness. There was also no inside lock like a dead bolt or anything so we didn’t feel super safe knowing that anyone could enter if they had the code

In the month of February we booked a 3 day stay at the Sonder at mid town. I love the area pretty close to everything maybe a block or two away from the popular breakfast club restaurant. The lofts are really nice and spacious. My biggest complaint is it's extremely pet friendly which I wasn't aware of. We had a the 5th floor which is right over top 4th floor loft/lounge area. A lot of fake grass for dog walking. It was extremely hard to sit on the balcony or open the doors without the smell of poo. If you like dogs a lot this will be great for you. Truly the smell was overwhelming in my opinion.

Very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. Great view and located near plenty of eateries. Great location near downtown. Only downside was the sink in the bathroom was clogged but that’s a small fix. Outside of that I would definitely recommend!! Oh and a spacious shower and bed!! I Just liked Sonder overall!

This place is like a riddle to check into. The communications are weird and god forbid you forget your phone with the codes you need to get into your room.
