I stayed with you for 3 years in two different locations had no problems for 2 years at the first location nothing but trouble at the most recent location constant complaining by your management who finally asked me to leave after a year even though I paid my rent right on time every Friday because they didn't feel that I kept my room clean enough because we were squeezed into this tiny little room with not enough room for our clothes not enough room for anything we did the best we could and it still wasn't good enough so even though you never had a problem with me paying out of the blue they just asked me to vacate the room and gave me 3 days to do so I would never recommend your Motel to anyone not because it's not a nice room but because of your management staff at 1255 Highway 6 North Houston Texas 77084 you really need to rethink your management they couldn't fix anything the bathtub leak the whole time I live there nothing was ever repaired outside of a few light bulbs being replaced you probably paid $1,000 worth of water bill that wasn't necessary simply for a gasket that needed to be replaced in the bathtub faucet but this is supposed to be your best manager in the whole hotel chain somebody really is not paying attention the maid is lazy and doesn't want to do anything and was constantly complaining about my room instead of just doing her job. We did most of our own cleaning ourselves and we're happy to do so but according to your management staff is still wasn't good enough even though we didn't have any issues

I have stayed here for two months. This place is very nice, clean, safe, and quiet. The staff and maids were very nice and friendly. I got room with two beds (no smoking). The room was so cleaned. They had room service as routine. They also have a laundry room that only guests can use. The price is very reasonable. It is not far to walk to bus stop, restaurants, and coffee shop. They also have small kitchen and equipments in the room. that is so convenience if you want to cook your meal. I'd recommend if you are looking for a place to stay either short or long periods.

Staff was super friendly, especially the young woman in the office Ms. Lakiesha (apologies if I made a spelling error). I loved that the 2 times I went down to the office to extend my stay, she already knew my room number & was so helpful with getting me whatever I needed no matter how simple or difficult it may have been. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!! She displayed such great customer service skills & makes it such a welcoming atmosphere in the front office. I would definitely return just because of how friendly & helpful she was to me. Thank you so much for that. However, I will say it was quite unsettling when I realized on probably my 3rd day that there was a bullet hole going directly through the front door AND the railing outside. I don’t want to know why or how it got there, but in my opinion, for the $70 per night that I payed, I should’ve never known it was there. I know it’s probably not cheap to fix things of that nature, but it should be a priority. There’s some sort of a caulk or something just filling the hole in the door & the one in the railing is untouched. This is not a major issue that would keep me from returning, but it is very disturbing. With all of that being said, I appreciate the hospitality & kindness the staff displayed during my stay.

Extremely satisfied! This is a great place to stay for an extended period on the West side of Houston. Extremely affordable and convenient to almost anything you need or want. The rooms are clean, sizable, and they make you feel at home. The management and staff are extremely good at what they do, polite, helpful and punctual. We stayed for over 10 months and I agree with another post that this is much, much better than staying in an apartment...especially a shorter term than a 1 yr. lease. Give them a shot, I think you'll be glad you did. As of 08-Sep-14, ask for Brian, Keisha, or Greg. Let them know I referred you and that I gave them a great review! Enjoy!

Probably the best studio 6 Extended stay I've ever stayed with all facilities. Just got here at 3am after a long drive. The front desk clerk was very friendly and the rooms are newly renovated it seems Very clean. Very high class for this type of motel. It’s highly recommended to stay because of affordable prices. The location is very near to Houston downtown so I have been there for couple of days with family & get the benefits of weekly rates too.
