Believe it or not it's like the house I never had and the staff is all that you'd want in a smaller hotel! It's always a secure safe feeling with the neighborhood feeling where everyone actually cares about each other, I've come to have a feeling of being around the actual place it was marketed to be now if u guys add breakfast I'm sure with my assessment and honesty opinion this place is gonna fill up quickly so guys please keep a bed warm for me for a good week please I'm sure you guys can spare

It was a spacious room. Only wish there was a microwave in the room. The counter top stove work well for me. Very helpful to have a regular sized refrigerator and lots of storage area. The only problem I had was the first night I had to kill 4 to 5 thin little roaches. Possibly because the room had been empty for awhile. Once I got the A/C going at 65, I did not see anymore. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean, quite comfortable with refrigerator,cook top sink cabinet and storage space! Wood floors! Non smoking! Management, maids maintenance, always attentative to your needs! Price is reasonable only thing, can't get Judge Judy and People's Court at 11am&2pm!! Otherwise, super 5***** hotel! Super good for people who have severe allergies to smoke and odors!! Dryer not working! 😩 Otherwise! Excellent!!

The room was spacious and bigger than other Motel 6. It says on website newly renovated but cheaply made. The shower handle was broken at Rm 227. The disable bar was not fastened well and broken. The tub is super slippery so be very careful. My obese friend lost her balance bec it was so slippery and strained her knee which caused her pain. They should put a rubber mat. The room had no fire alarm and no sprinkler! How did it pass inspection for occupancy? In all hotels I've stayed, the comforter would have a white sheet, then the fleece, then another white sheet or white sheet and a comforter on top. There must be a white sheet that touch the body. This motel set it up differently. I asked for white sheets, the operator said none, til next day. Called in the morning no answer. When we came back phone just rang and rang. So I went downstairs to concierge knocked and knocked no answer! They only gave us 2 bath towels for the 3 days we were there!That is the worst part - service or NO SERVICE at all!!! I wanted to give service a 0 cause there was NONE. Go get another motel/hotel.

By FAR the worst hotel I've visited in terms of service. Different shifts/people, & they were all disrespectful & rude. The 1st crew was when I was checking in & I had my mama w/ me. The guy gave her a key, before I checked in, to let her use the toilet, but she almost fought the housekeepers & had to report the guy because they refused to help her find the room (nothing's in order & map inaccurate) & also denied her request for tissue. Before trying to settle any issues he tried to kick us both off the property. Eventually everything was settled, but the room was still missing a microwave (wanted me to wait till the next day to receive) & the oven was disfunctional + more. After multiple trips/complaints from my room to the office he switched me to the opposite end of the building from upstairs to lower. The next morning a female worker this time woke me up calling about a "missing pillow" & rather than listening to me & checking my new room she threatened to STEAL $20 from my deposit, kick me off the property, & turned her back to me while I was still talking. She didn't even wanna check the room until I returned w/ a pic of my bed then rather than coming to check the room as she said she sent someone else who apologized for the accusation. Meanwhile, my previous room is still lacking. 2 days/1 night & I've already had multiple issues upon entry & they still haven't serviced any issues I've requested, but quick to aggravate me about a missing extra pillow. NEVER returning to this hotel regardless of their affordability.
