Emily’s customer service is top notch. Speedy, kind and accommodating. The rooms are being renovated and upgraded and I’d say it’s pretty nice to stay here long term

I’ve been staying here over a month with the same price daily at $65.54. Suddenly with the weather coming in they raised the rates to 87.54!! When I asked why they said the weather change! If that’s not price gouging and taking advantage of people IDK what is!!

Stayed here for a week, was going to stay a extra week but the girl was so rude about nit seeing our reservation and told us we had to leave and was placed on the DNR list because of non communication between her property and the booking company. The booking company eventually gave us a full refund due to them not honoring our reservation we went next door to the sleep inn where the accommodations were much more pleasant and free of roaches and decent breakfast

I stayed at this place for almost 3 months. Started in Building 1 — clean, no bugs, decent. Cool. But then I downgraded to a smaller room and ended up in Building 2… straight-up felt like I moved from the suburbs to the trap. I was out here killing roaches like it was a sport — at least 10 a day. Then my toilet broke down, and guess what? I asked more than three times for someone to fix it. Nothing. Instead, I had to turn my water on just to flush, then turn it off so it wouldn’t run all night. Wild, right? And don’t get me started on the neighbors — sounded like they had a full-on trampoline park going till 4 a.m. every night. Zero peace. Zero sleep. Absolute madness. Only decent thing about this whole mess was Mr. Glynn — solid dude. If I had caught him, I know he would’ve actually done something about the toilet. Too bad the rest of the staff clearly clocked out on basic responsibility.
