I've been staying here on and off for years did to my job. In the past this was a sketchy place. However the property has new owners and new Management and they are all just fantastic. Mr.Patel the Manager and his wife keep the property looking very nice. They take pride in their property and it shows. The Housekeeping staff is tops. If you every stay and you get Mrs. Mary you'll have the best housekeeper in the industry in my opinion. He's been at the property for over 20 years and she arrives to put a smile of every face she sees. I know that was a bit lengthy but they are worth the words. Bright,Quiet,Safe and clean with your own kitchenette and full size fridge and low price. What more could you ask for?

They have security at which i do appreciate. Very understanding and helpful. House keepers are very kind and stay on top of the rooms. I've been staying here over 6m now an impressed how well kept it has been an they allow my pets to stay with me they have clean up stations provided to help keep the areas clean. No noise pollution is tolerated which has been great since i work random hours of day and night!

Reducing one-star because there are too many cockroaches in the room, NOT clean. bottom line they need to CLEAN more the rooms. Beside that it's Nice room, nice service, some parts of the staff are making the difference like Cheri grate woman great customer service, le Steve great customer service always willing to help, even if it's not his duty. And like Brian the cleaning lady enjoys doing get job willingly. But there's always a BUT. Some issues must be improved: 1. They should clean the room at least twice a week and not Once. There are too many trees and their leaves makes the rooms filthy. 2. Signs should be added for people to know where things are, like the main trash box. No signs - took me 3 days to find it... 3. Water deprivation devices should be added, the water stream in shower is much too much and that's wasting water, I think we should save some. I have more offers to saving if they want they may contact me or send me info soon to contact. Bottom line reasonable stay, would love it more if it was a little bit cheaper.

Its very clean and welcoming. It really feels like a studio apartment. Plenty of room. I have a 4 month old daughter and she has plenty of room to roll around. No loud neighbors. It's a pleasure to stay here. I would definitely come back.

We had a decent 16 night stay while moving apartments, aside from the final week when the couple staying above us repeatedly fought (physically), slammed doors, screamed, and made noise from 10 pm until 6 am for 4 nights in a row. I requested a room change 3 days in a row that couldn't be accommodated because the motel was fully booked. The front desk staff was professional, but didn't seem very concerned with solving the issue. Decent, clean, comfortable room. Good value for the price. Free wifi is a big plus!
