me and my husband stayed here for a year and 4 months just about the first 8 months were good never had an issue with staff or anything Kristina the manager was really laid back for the first few months until we no longer got money from Texas rent relief to help out with rent. We only had an issue with one lady who works the front desk Jessica she is really rude and thinks she knows it all but really doesn't. Maintenance never takes care of what is needed to be done we had complained multiple times about mold and nasty water building up in our ac unit they never did a thing. We complained about how bad roaches are we had to throw out the box bedspread due to the infestation of roaches inside of it so our mattress was on the floor they never replaced it or never had anyone come take care of the roaches I've had to throw out so much personal belongings due to the roach infestation $2000 worth of things thrown out. Another thing is they have bed bugs. Don't waste your time or money staying at this roach motel go some place better

The front desk was able to accommodate our request for something not on the third floor. We were greeted and the friendly reception was nice. The room.....It was in a state of needing repair, The room was clean. but the stains on the walls and loose baseboard and very aged and dirty caulking around the kitchen and bathroom were discouraging.We later discovered the place was infested with Roaches. some of the residence were more permanent which is fine except for being very inquisitive which made me uneasy leaving anything in our room when we left to explore the area. so anytime we went anywhere we loaded all of our belongings. major hassle. also i witnessed a room being broken into they obviously did not have a key and climbed through the window. several others witnessed this and did nothing. later someone had a key and they used the door. I can not recommend this location and would not consider staying there again. We ask to check out early to avoid any further interaction with this location. the receptionist apologized about the stay and granted a refund.

We had 3 rooms, every room had an issue with the toilet, 1 room made a horrible racket after you flushed, another room the toilet lifted off the floor in the back and the other toilet ran and didn't flush well. Other than the toilet issues the rooms were fine. The front desk staff were not personable at all. I left a few items and they did get them for me for my mother to pick up, but every interaction with them left me feeling like I was a bother or they just seemed uninterested. The price was great and that was a plus too

Pandamonium 5000

Room was decently cleaned, still you get what you pay for. A bit of rust on the fridge and metal hangers. There was a slight roach problem, but that's customary anywhere in Texas. Had to cancel my 7 day stay and received a refund for the remaining days with little to no trouble. Edward from the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very patient, professional, and understanding. For customer service alone, 5 stars. Cleanliness and bug problem, 3 stars.

I have been staying here while I am working, its not the best place to stay more than a night or two. There are too many that live here, and some of those are prowling around all night, fighting, its not relaxing at all. First two weeks I haven't had a problem with me key card, last 3 days I have to get it re-keyed every day. There are a couple of the cleaning staff that are great, the others not so much. I travel for my job, so I have stayed in many. Other than a few things happening, it hasn't been too awfully bad. You just have to be careful. I can see they are updating furniture and beds in some rooms, so at least they are working on that. I always travel with cleaning supplies, even in the cleanest motels I will still disinfect. No one is perfect, but at least some of the staff here try. I would give more stars of they actually cared a little more for their guests that didn't live here permanent.
