Sterling Inn and Suites at Reliant and Medical Center Houston

This motel was amazing. My daughter and granddaughter and myself stayed for championship football. Rooms were clean and no one bothered us. Rm 222 has 2 king size beds. We loved it!!!! Thank yall so much

Good motel..a few things like basic utensils etc can be kept for usage by room users.

If I can give zero stars I will housekeeping comes in your room rather you want them or not I told them I don't need housekeeping she came in anyway in through away my personal things. Then when I talk to management she said it was mandatory for them to come in my room rather I want them to or not and if I refuse I can't stay.The next day housekeeping came in while I was in the shower I got out startled to realize she was in my room while I was undress she stated I have to clean I said I'm in the shower and she still continue to stay she called her manager in she said she have to do her job not to remind you I was still undress in a towel immediately I left the hotel and lost the money I paid for the night they invaded my privacy yes I will be taking this further very illegal.

Rooms too expensive but they tried to give me a room for $50 for a few hours which is still crazy for me cause I don't make much money

Very friendly staff. Nice wheelchair accessible room. They brought a nice sturdy shower chair (not the cheap wobbly bench) love the floors, easy for someone in a wheelchair. Roll in shower, nice open bathroom. Thy are remodeling so a few flaws in the room and a weird stain on the love seat. Pillows were flat and bed was a bit firm for my back. All personal preference, great for the price.
