Staybridge Suites Iah Airport East

After having a long day of flight cancellations and delays my family and I had to make an overnight stay here in Houston last minute. Kelvin at the front desk got us a shuttle over to the hotel and got us in a room right away. He even hooked us up with a shuttle ride to grab some food right down the road. Excellent customer service!

Best hotel experience ever. The people were beyond excellent! Your whole team made us feel so cared for when we unexpectedly experienced a multi-day flight delay. Your hospitality quieted our frustrations with the travel situation we were facing, and you all went above and beyond. Taco Tuesday social hour on the evening we were spending the most time there was incredibly hospitable. Having laundry available calmed our cares about having no more clean clothing available due to our unexpected delay. Your staff answered so many questions, and made us feel a sense of control about our situation. The layout of the room was also perfect for our family of five. We enjoyed our time there, and 10-out-of-10 recommended to others.

Fantastic easy experience checking in with Calvin at the front desk. He was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and generally outstanding! Will definitely be back next time we come to Houston!

The suite is a great room. The fans are super quiet and blows down a ton of air. The central AC makes the AC much quieter than the window mounted ones. The hot water from the shower is hot too. Maybe a tad too hot, but the water pressure is good too.

Wow! Favorite hotel stay I’ve had in a while. The best things about our stay: room was awesome! Very clean, comfortable bed/pillows. Breakfast was delicious and free! We felt very safe staying here. They had security watching the cars overnight in the lot so there was no fear of our car being broken into. Staff was very kind and helpful. A five star stay :) we will be back again!
