I stayed here a little over a month with my wife, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and always clean, well maintained, and everyone working here looked happy. The managers were very kind and considerate, you can tell they listen to their guests and do their best to help. We had a special request due to our long-term stay, and they were very understanding and handled it perfectly. My wife and I really appreciated that. Also the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Overall, this hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for accommodation in the Energy Corridor. I’ll be recommending it to all my friends and colleagues! I sincerely thank everyone at the hotel for the great memories and for making my transition to Houston from abroad such a positive experience.

We had a fantastic time at Staybridge suites. Everyone was friendly and nice. ROOM - Although a bit dated looking, the rooms were clean and cozy and everything worked properly in the room. We made good use of the stove, cooking appliances, and utensils provided by the hotel. The daily light cleaning was perfect for replacing garbage bags and towels. FOOD - The breakfasts were fantastic too. The menu changed everyday but had staples like potatoes, eggs (scrambled, omelette, frittata), proteins (sausages, sausage patties, burritos), carbohydrates (bread, bagels, waffles, oatmeal), sauces/vegetables, fruits and a smoothie station. We attended one social hour and enjoyed the enchiladas, rice, naan, and salad bar. AMENITIES - we did not use the pool or patio, but we saw someone had held a birthday party. The laundry machines were clean and worked well. The gym was small but we enjoyed the peloton. PARKING - there was plenty of free parking and the area felt safe. Overall, we had no complaints and would definitely return.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The atmosphere felt safe and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. I have a food allergy/sensitivity and reached out before my stay to ask about their breakfast options. Misty was knowledgeable and helped me understand what I could safely enjoy. She even offered to make extra accommodations, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall, great stay.

The stay was excellent 👌 the suite type rooms with hall, kitchen and bedroom was very comfy and nice. They served a basic complimentary breakfast as well and had social hour on the week Mon to Wed with different drink menu and appetizers served for guests 😉. Overall wonderful stay with many busines centres and food places nearby.

I paid hotels.com and reserved a room here. When I showed up they asked run my card for incidentals like every hotel does but they ended up charging me for the whole room. Idk why they didn’t think to tell me they were going to do that. When I noticed the charge a week later and called them they had me leave my info but never called me back. Calling again, they said something about a virtual card being missing, or some kind of system issue. Not sure why they didn’t mention this when I checked in. They wouldn’t help me and told me to have hotels.com call them. Theres plenty of nice hotels in this area I’d recommend people choose a place that has their act together and doesn’t double charge people.
