The rooms are spacious, the kitchenette has all kinds of useful items and a full size fridge, the bed was super comfortable and the furniture is nice. The main areas are really thoughtfully decorated in a modern contemporary style that is comforting and seasonally festive. Breakfast was wonderful and I love that they carry the cruise juice in the morning, it made for a perfect stay with plenty of places to eat nearby for a filling dinner.

Clean rooms, hot breakfast and great employees. Tri the night audit was very helpful and had awesome customer service. Will definitely be staying here any time I’m in the area.

Had a good stay. Staff was hot and miss when we needed a few extra pillows and blankets. Had to search them down. Hardly anyone at front desk when we walked it. Room was nice. Had one dirty towel but I don’t think staff saw the stains on it.

Loved the full kitchen in the room. Breakfast was a nice variety with many healthy options. Everybody had something they liked available. Rooms were quiet and impeccably cleaned.

I got a king suite for a business trip. Has a nice kitchenette, seating area and comfortable bed. On the second night no hot water. Long day at work and getting back to the room and not being able to take a shower is horrible. Front desk service was useless. "I could let maintenance know tomorrow" was the best response I received. I would not recommend staying here if showering is a priority.
