Update 1. Weeks after, we are still finding roaches. OMG, the roaches is aggressive and infestation. We are still getting roaches from or luggage. First night my wife went down to complain but the guy walks away and go in the back room. How can this be problem solving skills. Close the door and problem is solved. walking in the halls is unbearable and everybody cooking and smoking their doors is open. It's horrible stitch. Even our clothes smells bad. This is Smoking Hotel. Our room smells cheap cigarettes and grease splatter on the wall and counter. So many roaches there. The ladies at breakfast says thay guy at the desk is a manager and he confused to fix the problems only waits for other staff.

If you have pet allergies or don’t like pets or pet smells, this hotel is not for you! The pet urine smell is overwhelming. We have a room on the third floor. As soon as you step off the elevator, the pet urine smell smacks you in the nose. My room and the items within it (rug, couch, and bed comforters) smelled like pets. My daughter has pet allergies and the smell is triggering her allergies. I stayed here a few years ago with no issues. I guess the property is gone to the dogs. Totally disappointed because I really liked this hotel from our last stay. Update #2: My sister and nephew has a room on 2nd floor——they have ROACHES! See video as roaches are behind refrigerator. They checked out this morning. Update #3: 7:45am - NO WATER! We cant flush toilets, shower, or wash dishes. Update #4: After going back and forth with management, we were able to workout compensation for the inconvenience. I’m still not happy at all and will not stay at this hotel moving forward.

Came here for a birthday weekend and ended up leaving early due to water leaking into our room from the ceiling. There were also bugs crawling on the counter. The GM reached out and made promises to make it right since I am a Dimond Elite member. Everything the GM said he was going to do was a lie. I have not received any type of refund for the night's that were not used, now they will not return or accept my calls. I will now be seeking to contact the owners of this property directly. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

Good: Breakfast and kitchen staff Easy to get to freeway Walking path with pond Room layout. No stupid barn doors Dog park Bad: No one ever at front desk. Have to call to back then they are annoyed that you exist Broken card reader on south door Furniture old and showing wear TV remote different brand than TV so not all buttons worked All hard floors which is fine but they weren’t very clean. See picture of wipe used on about 5 square feet of floor. No housekeeping on weekends by default Bathroom had some poorly done drywall and paint repairs

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. The rooms felt outdated and had an unpleasant odor, the staff were only moderately friendly, and the breakfast was disappointing. As a vegetarian, I found it unacceptable that vegetarian items—such as potatoes—were placed directly next to pork and other meat dishes. It’s common sense to separate vegetarian options from meat to avoid cross-contamination. Overall, we would rate our stay 2.5 out of 5 and will not be returning.
