Staybridge Suites - Houston NW Cypress Crossings an IHG Hotel

One of the nicest hotels I have EVER stayed in! Our suite was so clean and beautiful! Customer service was amazing! The breakfast was every nice and they also have a complimentary dinner called The Social where they offer wine and beer also.

I was super disappointed in this hotel. We were here for a baseball tournament and spent hundreds of dollars, along with booking our entire team here. We were told there was “quiet time” in the hotel and we were not allowed outside and were told the lobby was closed. We paid money to stay in a hotel and did not appreciate being strong armed and threatening to stay in our rooms. If you participate as a hotel, hosting teams for a baseball tournament, expect actual baseball families and kids in your hotel. Claiming there is “quiet time” is ridiculous. Your staff is disrespectful and rude. Do NOT stay here.

Staybridge Suites Houston NW Cypress Crossing by IHG Dates stayed: 12/12–12/14 I had a fantastic stay at the Staybridge Suites Houston NW Cypress Crossing. From speaking with Adrian at check-in to check-out, the experience was seamless and exceeded expectations. Adrian was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making sure everything I needed was taken care of throughout my stay. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, and the thoughtful layout that made it easy to relax after a long day. The property felt safe and well kept, and the amenities were a great bonus. Having a fully equipped kitchenette and plenty of space made the stay feel more like home than a hotel. Everything was exactly as advertised, if not better. Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would absolutely choose this location again when visiting the Houston/Cypress area. Highly recommended for both short stays and extended stays. Thank You, Mr. Smith

I stay over 100 nights a year and take the time to do reviews on all my hotels because reviews are also how I choose the hotels I stay in. I have recently switched from Holiday Inn & Suites to Staybridge and this group of employees are the reason why. Corrie, Jackie, Gary, Tia and Adrian phenomenal customer service!! We stayed over a week here and they never let anyone pass the front desk without welcoming them in. They have a good breakfast, nice pool, great little workout room and everything is always clean! Even being close to a firehouse it was really quiet at night when sleeping. There’s restaurants, gas stations and shopping close by. It’s right off the highway so easy to access when traveling. I highly recommend this Staybridge! Thank you all for your hospitality!

I booked for the wrong day on Expedia. Did I pay extra for the cancellation or reschedule option? No. I did not. So regardless of my next move I just lost $150. For a low income family who is visiting from Ft Worth for our daughter’s cheer competition, this was devastating. However Kori was such a sweetheart. She saw how upset I was and did everything she could to get us into another room for the lowest fee possible. Our stay from that point on was great! Thank you Kori, you’re awesome!
