Visiting my brother-in-law at MD Anderson and needed a quick place to stay. Found this close by and glad we did. They are IHG owned which gives great points. Good price for a Friday night and availability. The Queen Suite has a refrigerator with an ice maker, please be patient, the ice will start and dispense all night. Comfortable bedding the only complaint I had was the shower pressure was a little too weak for me. I like for the shower to hit a little harder. Overall clean and breakfast was decent, a good variety of toast/bagel/pancakes/eggs/fruit, etc We will return for another stay when necessary.

My teammates and I just stayed on the property this past weekend and had a wonderful stay! Jordan at the front desk took excellent care of us! The hotel was very clean and inviting as were the rooms/suites. The breakfast bar was great and so convenient! We had a wonderful stay!

On arrival we were told that the shuttle was not available, but there would be one on Monday afternoon. No shuttle on Monday 😩😭. The guest washer and dryer are a mess. They are dirty!!!!!! The dryer put holes in 3 of my things and left grease spots on everything. We are here for 11 days. Hoping the get their act together. The room is nice , but because we are here for over 7 days we can’t have our room cleaned 😩😩😩😩😩 until the 8 th day. The rooms are also not sound proof. We can hear the people in the next to us and the people above. It sounds like there is a gymnastics class above us. If I could leave no stars for service I would!!!!!!!!

Very clean, friendly, and even pet friendly, but it doesn't stink or smell like animals. Fair prices and I felt perfectly comfortable and safe even staying alone. Highly recommend if you need to stay near Michael E Debakey VA hospital.

We come for medical appointments and have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times over the years. Staybridge has always been a place that cares and is full of life. I accidentally forgot one of my luggage bags outside and someone turned it in. The staff is trustworthy and thoughtful. Very close to medical center
