I’m not going to lie…I was nervous booking this hotel because of the google reviews. However, the only con I had during my recent stay is that the hotel itself is old. That’s literally it. It was convenient distance to the hospital and they have a complimentary shuttle during weekdays to the hospital from 6am to 6pm. The staff was very nice and accommodating as well. There really wasn’t anything bad about our stay and it was my family of 6.

Visiting my brother-in-law at MD Anderson and needed a quick place to stay. Found this close by and glad we did. They are IHG owned which gives great points. Good price for a Friday night and availability. The Queen Suite has a refrigerator with an ice maker, please be patient, the ice will start and dispense all night. Comfortable bedding the only complaint I had was the shower pressure was a little too weak for me. I like for the shower to hit a little harder. Overall clean and breakfast was decent, a good variety of toast/bagel/pancakes/eggs/fruit, etc We will return for another stay when necessary.

I absolutely do not recommend this… I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. I came for a medical appointment with my son. We traveled for 10 hours. The reservation was made by my son's medical service. My card was declined for the deposit. Another person offered to pay, I asked for his name, and he refused to give me the room, pushed me away, and threatened me. The night manager. I told him I had nowhere else to go and would stay in the lobby, and he said okay. I had to give my son medical treatment in the lobby. My son has heart problems and a tracheostomy and feeding tube. He was extremely rude and threatening.

My teammates and I just stayed on the property this past weekend and had a wonderful stay! Jordan at the front desk took excellent care of us! The hotel was very clean and inviting as were the rooms/suites. The breakfast bar was great and so convenient! We had a wonderful stay!

Reserved a room at a special rate of $130.75. To get the rate you had to pay in full. We showed up and they didn’t run the card but had the reservation and then charged us $190.75 because they have the right to not run the card when you book it. They don’t honor the rate that you agreed upon at time of booking. Stay away from them unless you want to pay more.
