Breakfast was different and quite good with cereal, scones, fruit, bagels, ham, potatoes, several juices and coffee. Only negatives for us was no dairy milk or Greek yogurts. Staff was helpful, no issues. Nice laundry room with several

Bottom Line: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY. I checked in at approx 230ish AM Dec 7, 2025. The front desk clerk was not being monitored. Hotel was wide open for anyone to just walk in which makes it very unsafe. After approx 10 to 15 minutes of calling the hotel front desk WHILE STANDING THERE, the clerk finally came to the desk. Yes, he was asleep somewhere. We were given room 309. Walked in turn the lights on in bathroom and ROACHES ran all directions as if there was some covert operation going on we walked in on. Not one, not two, not three, an entire Infantry Battalion, maybe even Brigade. I called the front desk and yep you got it, no one answered. Went to front desk, yep no one there. We had two queens. One bed had ROACHES running around in it. It is now 3 to 330AM and we have to leave at 6 to get to our location. I stopped at front desk and voiced my disappointment. I asked for a refund and was denied being told I wpuld have to speak with GM who would be in later. I left my name and number. I was given another room. We arrived back at the hotel around 530PM. I asked to speak with GM. I didn't receive a call ,text, nothing. Yep, GM was apparently no longer there. But the message was allegedly shared. We go to room look around, seemed fine. Went to take a shower around 11PM when I picked my towel up......YEP, another platoon of ROACHES, take off down the wall, up the wall, to the floor and ceiling. Now I am livid. Called the front desk and wouldnt you know, no answer. Since leaving Monday morning, I have reached out to the hotel GM on several occassuosn leaving messages and sending emails to which I have gotten no response. Is the GM ignoring me or was he/she taken captive by these ROACHES or apart of the covert operation going on? Bottom Line: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY. Sofa had stains, room smelled like humid mold, refrigerator, plates, etc....all had roaches.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. • Unclean Rooms: The shower was dirty, the water didn’t drain properly, and the shower walls had visible dirt — clear signs that housekeeping had not been cleaning thoroughly. • Poor Facilities: The AC in the breakfast and lobby area was broken, and it was over 80 degrees. When we asked the manager about it, she admitted that the owners were being “cheap” and delaying repairs by shopping around for quotes. • Unprofessional Management: The manager, Anakaren Resendez, was rude to my mother, refused to send towels to our room, and claimed it was “policy” that guests bring dirty towels downstairs before receiving clean ones. When I contacted Staybridge directly, I was told that is not company policy. • Lack of Customer Care: The manager openly said she didn’t care, told us it wasn’t her problem, and that housekeeping wouldn’t be available until 10am — leaving guests without clean towels in the meantime. This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The cleanliness, customer service, and management are far below acceptable standards. We will never stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I stayed here from Nov 25-27. Paid and left in November 27 On December 7, they charged my card again, I called to have it fixed since I had already paid, and they said sure we messed up. December 8 they charged my card again and didn’t reverse the first one either. I called again and said now I have two additional charges from you on my account, they swore they would fix it. December 9 they charged my card AGAIN! I now have 3 additional charges to my card. THREE! When I had already paid on November 27! Don’t risk it, they’re unprofessional and it’s not worth the hassle, especially if you’re international. Btw I’m extra mad cause they’re now at over $1000 of extra charges on my card, and I’m in another country.

The rooms were ok for the price, but the sofa bed is old and uncomfortable. The shower ceiling is falling apart, half the outlets don't work. The breakfast was good, but the hotel smells like Marijuana most of the time.
