THIS location is great!! After a hotel experience that was so bad I was willing to search for another one for the night this hotel was all I could’ve hoped for. As soon as you enter the lobby is welcoming and decorated. Staff made everything super easy. Going up to the room the elevator smelled good and the stainless steel was polished. The hallways were super clean and no smell was noticed. Inside the room smelled like fresh linen and was full of everything we needed. I will be coming back to this chain and if I’m in Houston this location. It is very close to stores, CVS, IAH, and restaurants.

It's a nice room. Clean and big. I got a 2 bedroom suite. That being said....it has LOTS OF ISSUES. 2 of the tvs are blue.....literally blue hued. Something they couldn't fix so they gave us points. Not what we wanted. Also, lots of broken outlets, 2 microwaves? (Why not just get rid of the non working one?) The living room couch is unsitable. It does fold into a bed but if the actual beds (and pillows) in this room are terrible, I don't need to try the pullout bed. I will say they have a nice morning bfast set up and the staff is nice. Update: I forgot to mention the iron that was affixed to the wall that fell from the wall (like detached from the dry wall) and cut my husband's ankle. The front desk keeps saying they're going to give us points for the inconvenience. They were supposed to give us 4000 and gave us 1000 so now we need to go talk to them. Yeah. Just don't stay here.

Pros: Complimentary shuttle service within 5 miles offset the lack of eateries within walking distance. Pool was lovely. Clean, bright, and met all of our expectation. And they had nice Halloween decorations.

Amazing hotel! Great location near lots of shops and restaurants and the movie theater is walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and social hours are an added bonus. There's even on-site security to prevent car break ins which has been happening a lot in Houston hotels. This will be my choice of hotel anytime I come back into town.
