I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this hotel. Not a single complaint from me. I would book again if staying in Houston or even look for this chain in other cities. The hotel is very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms had every single item I could have thought of. The beds are very comfy, the bathroom and shower are quite nice. Great kitchen although we didn’t need to use it. Free use of the laundry, they even provide a laundry basket! This was such an awesome perk bc we had just come from the beach. The pool and fitness area looked nice, clean and well taken care of, although we didn’t need to use them. I was grateful for the mini grocery area that is stocked with snacks and food but also toiletries. It’s pricey but saved me having to leave in the middle of the night to get tampons. I saw the review about the garage and felt a little worried but that review is ridiculous I’ve come to find out. It is not a shady parking garage. I went back and forth to my car alone several times and wasn’t scared at all. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone especially families.

This is our go-to hotel every time we're in Housron. Even multiple members of our family have taken our suggestions. We have yet to hear of any complaints. Rooms always clean, and breakfast buffet always provides a multitude of options to choose from. Front desk staff welcoming and always eager to help you in any way.

Misty at the front desk was a HUGE help! The absolute best service I've experienced at a hotel, bar none. Rooms are cozy and have more than what we needed for a comfortable stay. Competitive pricing with amazing service.

Great hotel with central location in SW Houston right on I-610, with free breakfast for all guests, closed multi-story parking and full-sized bar at the lobby area, alongside a reasonable market for quick bites & drinks. Walking distance to Galleria Mall, as well as nearby shops like CVS, Marshall’s & target. Reception staff is efficient however couldn’t say the same about bar staff.

I recently had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this hotel today being the 14th of Sept.at around 8:00 PM, I approached a male customer service officer, who appeared to be about 6:1ft to request an extension of my stay which I already did online. Unfortunately, the officer's behavior was completely unprofessional, rude and absolutely disturbing. Issues with the customer service… Rudeness and Lack of Patience: The officer was abrupt and impatient, refusing to even ask for my reservation number before directing me to a third party to resolve the issue. Unprofessionalism: Despite my calm demeanor, the officer continued to accuse my brother and me of being rude. His behavior was unstable and unacceptable. Lack of Attentiveness: The officer seemed disinterested in helping me, which made the interaction even more frustrating.then I had to request for another staff member. I tried to make an official report and realized that he didn’t have his name tag on or otherwise removed it. Resolution by Another Staff Member: Fortunately, another staff member stepped in and resolved the issue within 2 minutes. This stark contrast in service highlighted the poor performance of the first officer. Positive Experience upon Arrival: It's worth noting that Crystal Ashley, who welcomed us upon arrival, was friendly and provided a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the experience with the customer service officer overshadowed this initial warmth. Conclusion: Given the poor treatment I received from the customer service officer, I have decided not to extend my stay at this hotel. The lack of professionalism and patience displayed by the officer was unacceptable, and I would caution others to be prepared for potentially similar experiences.
