Room was nice and clean. Service lady at the front was nice but in my stay my vehicle was broken into and my window was busted out. It killed my work day and my meetings so I lost out on a days work from this and had to pay $500 to fix the repairs. There was another guy who got his window broken into aswell and his firearm stolen. These people were specifically looking for firearms. So just a caution to anyone who is thinking about this location to he mindful of this. My truck was locked nothing to see to even break into. Just super unlucky me. The hotel did give me points and apologized but unfortunately that dosen't fix my stress and points were no where near the $$ I lost out on this day. This really messed my week up.

I want to thank Irene. She was so helpful and welcoming to me and my family. Our room's AC was not cooling and she helped us switch to another room immediately. The breakfast was great with a good selection of cereals and a hot meal. The dining area was clean and festive for Fall. I only stayed a night. However, when I am in Houston again I would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Stayed an evening here in October 2025. This location is convenient for the location itself. Close to the Energy Corridor Energy companies and several area business. Easy to access from freeway and tollway. It is a Marriott brand and as such as expected for a Springhill Suites brand. This location was managed well and seemed updated or new. The furniture was new-ish and it was well kept. The service was good. Didn't have much interaction but it was good enough when I interacted. I would stay here again when in the area. No complaints at this time

This hotel is dirty with lots of dust in the AC ducts, which it made allergy worsen. I didn't have no allergy"s symptoms when I was out and about. But when I checked in the hotel, I sneeze alot with itchy nose and eyes constantly.

This has been the worst vacation ever stayed 7 days my whole vacation has been ruined from being yelled at disrespectful by staff Irene hair in my plate as I was eating breakfast showed staff Irene her response was it's only one piece 🤬😡 of hair really they mk a picture of water and lemon for customer to drink staff Irene has her hand in it to stir wich is disgusting I reported these issues to general management Josh his expression and response was a care in the world reported also to management hung oh sorry put a box of candy in your room this a health hazard no staff wear hair nets to prepare food I also showed the lady tht prepare food with the hair she laughed my 810.00 was a dam waste I told general management Josh I need accommodation of what I went through cos if I has extra money I would hv went to another hotel so since yall hv my 810 dollars can yall use that for another hotel he tells me u booked with booking.com thts there responsibilities to accommodate you cos u booked with them they have your money tht has nothing to do with my money was giving to you but rest for sure I hv my evidence and my next step is health department this was worst nightmare on elm street vacation they don't care only for money never again will I return as long as I been a Genius with booking.com for many years I never encountered this in my life 0 star for me I just had to put one star to mk report also the damage deposit is 100 dollars as they have on booking.com when they registered with them but they turn around and lied and said they damage deposit is 20 dollars a day so since I stayed 7 nights they took 140.00 from me this place is the worst place ever so be careful if u stay make a wise decision cos they dont care. Lastly went outside on patio to drink coffee and was locked out 2 hours i kept calling front desk to tell them to open door no one would answer good I had my phone it was cold on this morning remind u my card was working but after report to booking.com and management card wasn't working now tell me with all that I shared was a great vacation what are your thoughts 🤬🤬🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️ Then I check out early before 12 noon staff Christian refuses to give me a invoice receipt upon my check out also for my 140 deposit he call Phung puts her on speaker telling me that general management is told him no it's not Josh is general management I dont know what type of games you all playing he started laughing just like it was funny with hair in my food and Irene have her hand in pitcher making water for guest everything funny and a game phung was rude on speaker tells me calling booking.com for receipt but you got my money 810 dollars and 140 dollar deposit wow
